when a Mexican restaurant has good salsa, you know the rest is going to be good. They were out of fajitas and shredded chicken (what Mexican restaurants run out of those?!), but our cheese enchiladas and guac chalupas were good.

We ate here for lunch. We ordered stuffed Poblano peppers. They were a little greasy, but still good. Chips and salsa were really good!
In an area with extremely limited options for places to eat out, Cueva de Leon was a decent place to eat with decent food and decent prices.
