Popped into Steamers one evening on the spur of the moment and and wasn't disappointed. The staff are super friendly, the food is great and well priced, all in all a good experience.

On our way from NJ to FL, we decided to stop for a quick lunch, completely on a spur of the moment. Sure enough, "When in Rome, do as the Romans do", so one can't dine in Baltimore and not indulge in their legendary crabs. L.P. Steamers is as authentically American as it possibly gets. Though the premises lack modern... More

Took the trip over the LP Steamers from Inner Harbor and it was well worth the trip. Great casual atmosphere, good cold beer and lots and lots of great crabs. Would highly recommend skipping the overpriced Rusty Scupper and heading over to LP Steamers for great seafood.

We came here on a recommendation and while it was described to us as a "hole in the wall", which it was, the food was supposed to be very good, which I'm not sure it was. We ordered the steamed crabs which we were told were only available in the two largest sizes (of course) so we ordered them. Then... More

This place was recommended by a friend and definitely had some great Baltimore charm! We came for lunch on a Tuesday and the service was fast and friendly. We shared the Steamed Sampler which came with lots of tasty seafood. Some of the items were outstanding (shrimp and mussels) and others were just alright (clams, oysters, lobsters and scallops). Overall... More

My husband and I came here because of the Yelp recommendations and we are so happy we did. We had hush puppies to start and they were yummy. Then we shared a dozen medium crabs and a crab fluff. The crab fluff is a crab cake fried in batter. It was lighter than expected and full of crab. The medium... More

LP Steamer was recommended so off we went. It is a small store front restaurant that serves beer and has a nice raw bar. Crabs on the menu are in four sizes but our waItress told us that only large and jumbo were available. So we ordered the large. They were overloaded with Old Bay Seasoning and not that succulent.... We ate lunch here on a Saturday. We got there at noon and we left around 1:30pm, the wait was about an hour! The crabs were smothered in bay sauce and were extremely tasty! The service could have been a bit more attentive (we had to keep asking for things, forks, vinegar, hammers) but, I would come back here again!
