Even tho we had a long wait before being seated, I felt the wait was worth it. My husband had Shrimp Scampi and he said it was so good. The sauce was light and very rich. the shrimp were large and were not tough, just tasty. I had the crab cakes and they were amazing! Perfectly seasoned and very typical... More

I have been visiting the place twice. Once, sitting at a table and once at the bar. Both experiences were fine, but even if you are alone, you should prefer the table to better enjoy the food. The bar has large TV screens with sports, so it is rather distracting. The food was very nice. I enjoyed different selections of... More

My friend and I were visiting Baltimore, and this restaurant was our last stop before leaving for the airport. When we finished a rich crab lunch and paid (including a good tip), we asked the waitress to call a taxi to take us to the airport. Surprisingly, the waitress made it the heaviest problem in the world. We did not... More

We had the mini crab cakes that were over-done, but the raw oysters at $10 a dozen were not only a bargain but delicious! Service was good, but the mens room was disgusting! Soiled toilet seat that was already dry! Yuk, yuk, yuk!

This is kind of a tourist area, but if you want Blue Crabs this is one of many good Crab Houses in Baltimore. Located on the water in the Inner Harbor they have long wooden tables outside in the warmer months for smashing crabs. Its messy business, but worth the work if you love fresh Crab. You can probably find... More

Went with 2 other couples and 2 small children. We had reservations and were promptly seated. The waiter was great and explained things well. The food arrived promptly and was really good. They even brought out the desert tray to explain the choices. Would return.

Wow.....incredible crab cakes. We were really impressed....huge lumps of fin crab with just barely enough filler to hold things (kinda) together. Wonderful meal.....

My wife and I stopped here for lunch on Dec. 28. We had a great day walking around the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 workers at a podium near the front door. They eagerly asked us how many and we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. While they were asking... More

It's good really. The food is just average there are so many finer dining experiences in the Inner Harbor. They get better marks for location and atmosphere but the overall experience is just average. Roys and Oceanside blow it away. Hit either for awesome seafood experience although a few more dollars. If your looking for crabs there are a dozen... More

Description
Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.
