Took out of town visitors here after an awesome day at the National Aquarium right next door. There was no wait; even though the place was busy. Lots of seating. We had the famous crabcakes and they did not disappoint. DELISH!!

After spending considerable time on the Eastern Shore, returning to Phillips was a bit of a let down. Good food, but expensive, especially for a lunch. Nice service though.

Plenty of seating here, and the staff is quick and efficient. Good selection of beer and wine, and mixed drinks were well prepared. I had the crab-stuffed shrimp and asparagus, which was perfectly portioned and delicious.

We went for lunch the weekend before Valentine's and we enjoyed. They were running an oyster special that was absolutely delicious! I joined their eclub before going to get a free appetizer before going and it was easy to use. We liked it and would return if in the area.

I had read so much about the seafood specialties of Baltimore that I was determined to sample the finest during my brief stay - and at Phillip's, we were not disappointed! Excellent service, a great attention to detail (especially when I had to address an allergy problem with one course that they replaced free of charge in an instant) and... More

Ok, it was my first crab cake ever, therefore can't compare it to other places, but this one was so delicious!! And with the live music and nice atmosphere - what else do you need for a fantastic dinner finishing the week?!

Food was just okay. Skate wing was too salty. Crab cakes were good. Other seafood places are better. Went with 3 others. Service was good. Overall, no one was impressed.

Had the opportunity to stop in for a crab cake at Phillips and it didn't disappoint. I had a crab cake, the crab Mac &a Cheese and asparagus-- and it was wonderful! Service was quick, although we were there during the week. They also had really good live music in the bar.

The seafood quality is pretty good at Philips. I enjoyed the premium seafood platter, steamed seafood bucket and raw oysters. I will still recommend the crab cake which is definitely one of the best I ever had. Currently there are discounts on oysters so its 6 for $5. However, the size of the oyster is smaller than average size.

We knew nothing about Baltimore or the harbor, but were told that this is the place to get crab cakes. So, Diana had crab cakes and loved them. I had crab mac-and-cheese. Our food was very good, but I found the grades of crab a bit off-putting. They had a regular crab cake, but also a hi-test crab cake, somehow... More

Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.
