Atwaters never disappoints, went here for lunch with my coworkers and we did the soup and sandwich which was very good. Soup on a brisk day was just what we needed! Friendly staff and delicious breads.

A must-stop with family on our regular visits. Inside and outside dining, lots of choices make it tough. A Muffaletta is the one for sure not to be missed, but smoked salmon sandwiches and so many soups...hard to choose. Just need to come back again and again. Great spot.

Atwater's is worth coming to on a regular basis. We live about a mile away and come here on average once a week. Their soups and meals on the weekend are reasonable, locally sourced, healthy and freshly made. Atwater's also has beer and wine, coffee and great deserts. The people who work here are nice and down to Earth as... More

I had their field green salad with grilled chicken. It was very tasty, with what tasted like a citrus vinaigrette dressing, and a whole apple cut up on it. My husband had one of their sandwiches. It was served without any extras, even chips! Two ice teas, And it ended up costing $30. Very high for a plain sandwich.

Sat at the counter. Service was friendly and quick. Food came out hot (the soup)! I had a half chicken salad sandwich with a cup of shrimp/crab and lots of other good stuff soup. I was between classes and stopped by for an early lunch. Enjoyed the bread that came with both.

I have been going to Atwater's since it opened and I gave it another shot today. My sandwich toast was so burned it was inedible, and a really unpalatable portobello sandwich. The raw cabbage was old, so had brown spots, as did my salad leaves of a simple salad which had very little dressing. My simple lunch took quite a... More

Ham. Swiss. Bacon. Strawberry jam. On a cheddar biscuit. The description does no justice to the amazing sandwich I first tried here and the reason I then began to frequent Atwater's several locations. Delicious homemade soups and a menu that offers a variety of creative choices from basic sandwiches to cheese plates and fresh, colorful salads. It's a must. I... More

I needed to gather with a couple of other artists over lunch. Belvedere Square being not far from the studio, we chose Atwater's. I smelled the fresh breads as soon as we got inside. At 1:30 pm on a weekday, we found a table easily. Our waiter appeared promptly and took our orders: cream of asparagus soup, seasonal on this... More
