Had a table near the window so we could view the waterfront. Ordered the tomatoe bisque and the pear salad. Well presented and very good but the noise level was loud so you couldn't have a conversation. It was a Sunday night around 6:00.

Located on the upper Riverfront this is not a tourist trap. Vic's had great upscale dishes served by professional staff. I was very happy to find a nice restaurant like this so accessible to the hotel. We ate there twice 2 of our 3 nights in Savannah. They had some of the best Oysters Rockefeller we have had in years.

Easy to find when you enter from Bay Street. Lovely and elegant setting, but not fussy - we came in jeans and sneakers as tourists might. The service was Excellent! Patrice was knowledgeable and attentive and made us feel like valued guests. Ask for a table with a river view so you can see the big container ships going up... More

With only one night in Savannah, we headed to Vic's on popular River Street. The fried green tomatoes, blackened shrimp with grits, redfish (normally only on the lunch menu but graciously substituted for the listed salmon thanks to our accommodating server) were all fine choices. Service was very good. Prices are reasonable. The ambiance could be more intimate, but overall... More

Walk in and it's a coffee shop. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and there's fine dining! My husband ordered crawfish beignets to start. Not what he expected as far as beignets but good none the less. The chicken liver appetizer (yes chicken liver!!!) was delicious! My husband does not like liver but agreed it was really good. I... The restaurant came highly recommended by a friend of our daughters whose family lives in Savannah. There are many areas to be seated and tables are spaced nicely lending itself to private chatting. The menu had a nice selection although a few more local fish offerings would have been more impressive. Both of our selections; mussels & the fried shrimp/oysters... More

We had a lovely large group dinner...without reservations! Service was casual and efficient in a very lovely and sophisticated location! Vic's was recommended by Homewood Suites, otherwise we would have never know about the elegant 4th floor location above the coffee shop!

Are a celebratory dinner here on a Thursday night!! Made reservations easily for the time we wanted. The server was very attentive to our needs. Food was awesome. I got the shrimp & grits with BBQ sauce. Sounded strange but tasted amazing!! Definitely go here!!

We sort of fell into reserving here and boy am I glad we did. This is a gorgeous restaurant that's part of the restored Cotton Exchange development area. Efficient and modern service, great menu with new twists on Southern classics. The grouper dish and the local blue crabcake main course were the best we'd ever had. The star of the... More
