My mother and I recently went to the Savoy on a Saturday evening. The place was packed but they had a table for us in the corner. This restaurant has been around for a long time. Lovely piano music, families and couples lingering over their meals deep in conversation. We started with a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. We had the... More

this was an absolute delight, marvelous salads, among best lasagna's ever, something "chicken Sinatra" with a mild sauce, and a free glass of wine thanks to a coupon provided us by the affiliated Beeches Inn (see other review)... waitress hustled overtime to get us out for a concert... tira misu stood in for unfortunately out-of-it crème brulet... would return to... We visited this restaurant while in a business trip based on reviews. Service was good. Our meals were decent although nothing memorable. I had a chicken pasta dish and my coworker had a seafood linguine dish. Meals were alright but I wouldn't go back. We've certainly had a lot better

Great menu, had some different unique foods, We had the chicken parmesan was HUGE, just about hanging off the plate. Italian nacholinos were different, had to try them, the stuff on them were VG but I wasn't really like the nacholino (nacho) East Rome Greens - I was thinking of a cold salad, was pleasantly surprised and with a nice... We went to the Savoy because the place we tried to go to was closed. We got to the restaurant late, about an hour or so before they were gonna close. We just ordered a pizza since it was to late to order a big meal. The décor is a bunch old pictures mixed with sports memorabilia. They have Dean... More

I cannot say enough about this restaurant. I've been going here since I was a kid. The food is absolutely amazing. If you live within 50 miles of the Savoy....the trip will be worth it. Traditional Italian. I'm 52 and I've never, ever had better chicken parm. This place is a landmark. It's been a restaurant with the same family... More

We had an excellent dinner. The food was great and the staff was polite. The garlic bread is irresistible.

Had reservations bit did not need them. Usually at 630 on a Saturday night is busy but not this Saturday. Started with greens and dried calamari. Done perfect. Unlimited garlic toast is the best! The prime rib was very good served with garlic mashed potatoes and carrots. Ordered the queen cut and was suppose to be 16 oz closer to... More

Food came out of the kitchen with a fly on the food. Captured the fly and showed the fly to the waitress. Asked her to get rid of the fly, her comment was she would not touch the fly and walked away. I showed the fly to one of the manager, his comment was it was a lucky catch. Check... More
