The food was amazing. My family has 2 vegetarians in it, and this place has a large number of vegetarian dishes. They have meat too if you don't like eating vegetarian. I gave it 5/5, but it should get a 50000.../5!!!!! The soups discovered the meaning of life, and the pyzy conquered the world.

This BYOB Polish Restaurant is a nice change from all the other restaurants on Third Avenue. Food is good and not too expensive. The restaurant is small, but comfy and staff is very attentive and accommodating.

Visited on a Sunday soon after opening. Food was authentic and plentiful. Service a little slow but food was worth tbe wait. Casual. Will return when Polish relatives are hungry for homeland cuisine.

Along with the Family Store, this is the brightest gem Bay Ridge has to offer. The food is authentic, high-quality, and top-notch. Service is great, and the owner is a *very* good looking Polish woman). I have a fondness for eastern European food in general, and this restaurant definitely satisfies my cravings! A few small gripes: First, they should mix... More

Over the years I must have tried everything on the menus at least once. My favorites are the potato pancakes (like grandma's). The blintzes (potato or cheese) served with apple sauce and sour cream. Their home made kilbasa (broiled, fried or stuffed) is the best. Most dishes come with a plate of mixed salads. Cooked sauerkraut, shredded beets, coleslaw, cabbage and... More

This place has really good food. The portions are huge so be careful what you order. My friends and I don't each order a main anymore, but get an appetizer or 2 and than share a main. The portions are large. If you do order separately you'll have a lot to bring home for lunch the next day. They do... More

Went there for dinner and to be honest the place is tiny and starting to look run down. That aside the food was excellent. The saurkraut soup was awesome! The kluskis and pierogis were prepared exceptionally as well. We also had the beef goulash which was one of the best we have ever had. Give it a shot you wont... More

Every time I am in NY I make a point to get to Polonica or order in from it. It has delicious, fresh food and a wonderful proprietress named Elizabeth who is very friendly and helpful. My grandfather loves the crepes, and my go-to order is always the stuffed kielbasa which comes with a lot of amazing salads. Also great... More

This is a cute, little neighborhood place. The Polish food is served in large sized portions. I love their Tripe Soup especially on a cold day. If you can, get the Potato Pancakes, they are so yummy! The next best thing is their "salad" which is a plate of beet salad, sauerkraut, cabbage salad and coleslaw--delicious and tasty.
