I've lived in New York for 15 years and have been to Noodle Pudding probably over 50 times. Every time is a great experience. It's not just one of the best restaurants in town, it's on of the best restaurants anywhere. The most delicious food, the tastiest drinks, the loveliest staff...they've got the whole package.

Wow, I just had one of the best Italian meals I ever had at Noodle Pudding. It is located in a nice part of Brooklyn in a quaint storefront. There isn't even a sign to notify you this is Noodle Pudding. I was with a small group that knew the owner (Tony). This turned out to be very fortuitous. Tony... More

I love this restaurant. Every time I go to NY, I eat here. It's casual, easy, and incredibly delicious. If I still lived in the city, I would be tempted to eat here every day! The waiters are always helpful, service is great and the menu offers a variety of scrumptious dishes to choose from. I have never been disappointed... More

The restaurant had its customary pleasures. The atmosphere was bouncy; and the service, good. But the food was distinctly mediocre to poor. We followed the waiters suggestions and mainly ordered the daily specials. But nothing was special about them. It was doubly disappointing because Tony the chef/owner was in the kitchen; and he had raised prices substantially since our last... More

Having moved to Brooklyn Heights months ago, Noodle Pudding was on our short list of local restaurants to try out. We were not disappointed! Homemade, authentic, tasty and plentiful. The gnocchi was fabulous and the meatballs very yummy! Our only negative is the hostess was a bit nonchalant. She kept the list of people waiting for a table on a... More

After walking across the Brooklyn Bridge, we were chilly and stepped inside Noodle Pudding (there was no sign outside, but we could see through the window). Wow, were we impressed! The pasta was obviously homemade, the red blend was smooth, and the salads were delicious (also obviously homemade). This visit turned out to be a favorite stop during our NYC... More

Comfortable and friendly - good quality - reasonable pricing - nice wines at fair prices - in the area I will go again.

Local favorite for many years, lots of solid and very delicious choice. Big drinks and good wine list get you started. Ar to wait is fun & friendly Classic antipasto with cheeses, meats, olives, breads & wonderful olive oil to dip. Mussels, fishes and more. Pastas are better than Mom's. Big portion sizes and reasonable prices (cash only) Great wait... More

We were looking for no-frills, affordable Italian fare in the area, and we found all that -- and more -- at Noodle Pudding. My pappardelle was exquisite: simple, creamy, earthy. My wife also enjoyed the angel hair pasta. Nothing elaborate, but deftly executed, and warm. Service was a tad slow, but very friendly and helpful. Affordable, atmospheric. We'd easily go... More
