We had read about the deli on tripadvisor and decided to try it. So glad we did! The owner was so friendly and the steamed subs were delicious. We each customized our subs and added different sides. We got there by 11:30 and while we were eating several local workers came in. Since the owner works by himself and hand... More

After reading the reviews we stopped by for a late lunch to this little hole in the wall location to have some of the best steamed sub sandwiches served up by the owner himself. Reasonably priced (honestly $5.75 for a large sub, he should charge more) and great down home customer service. He only accepts cash, though he said he... More

We love Parton's Deli. The owner, Dennis Parton, is a great guy and always treats you like a friend. We come here for the steamed deli sandwiches and are never disappointed. We always have the roast beef on pumpernickel with smoked cheddar and mustard and mayo. Steamed to perfection the sandwich is soft, hot and moist. Add a bag of... More

This place has been around forever. We got a picnic lunch to take to Cades Cove. It did not disappoint. The deviled eggs were fabulous too. The service was great and very friendly.

First visit to Parton's in 1977. We first met the elder Mr Parton and always enjoyed our visit as much as the food. Have returned many times over the years. My wife and I always have the rueben. This place is never a disappointment. Wonderful food. Great atmosphere and the younger Mr Parton treats us like family. We chat. Talk... More

Parton's Deli is the kind of place you dream about finding, and almost never do. The owner runs the operation all on his own, producing homemade cake and potato salad alongside his simple, perfect steamed hot dogs and Deli sandwiches. It's like going back to the 60s or 70s when you walk through the door. Things just aren't done this... More

A little off the beaten path but worth the trip. Great food and great service. Quirky hours call and make sure they are open before going.

Beware ..... You must have cash to eat here. We were very unhappy to come a long distance ultimately not be able to eat as we only had $12.00 😰
