Kinara Dhabha best for family with kods

Kinara Dhabha is at a comfortable distance from the Lonavala main road. Wide open space with a lot of attractions for the children Positives Food taste and options Comfortable seating independent spaces available for big groups Service quite quick. Of course this could be as we were among the first customers that afternoon Improvement Areas Prices are way too high and maybe more expensive than Mumbai The restrooms

Christmas dine with family 👪

It was a Christmas evening, we went for some happening sort of thing which i found in this very place, my son was super excited with the play areas all over he enjoyed the food watching the kids playing around, now comes to the meal part the food is 10/10 every dishes was finger licking also the service was at top noch, the only concern was that staff while talking to each other were not up to the mark as the were using slang words while few more families were just next to them having dinner, it made me feel little weird, overall it was a good experience though. I will definitely visit again we even visited on new year day, but the Christmas evening was better. Keep going guys all the best 👍

A great place for a relaxed dining experience.

An open air restaurant with dhabha style seating and separate huts for couples to large groups. Excellent options in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Ample parking space and located away from Lonavala city. The staff is cooperative and friendly. Till you get your table, you can spend time walking in the campus or after your scrumptious meal, enjoy tandoori tea, fish spa, shop for t-shirts or get your horoscope from the resident astrologer. Children can enoy horse ride, horse cart ride, twisted icecream or play at mini play ground. They have separate area away from the main restaurant for vegetarians with a separate kitchen.

Very bad experience

I visited the restaurant as I heard about it thorough many websites but after visiting it I think I had spoiled my night the service is so poor that it feels like you are begging for your food in my order I received the main dishes first then the startes and my drink. I had to ask them 7 times for ice and the waiter was so rude that he said each order will take 45 min even the ice took 30 min to come the food was good but it was not served hot at all. All the items came saperately if any item was with and ingredients then they would not send it I had to ask them for every item the restaurant has earned the name and now they don't belive in service at all. Next to my table a family was seating whoes order was veg but they served them nonveg. If you wish to plan then never think of it

Great Village Ambiance & Huge Seating Areas, but Food Quality is Average now

The Kinara Village Dhaba is a Massive Place with a Beautiful Village Type Ambiance and plenty of Seating and Parking Areas as well. They now also have a separate Pure Veg Restaurant situated in another Building at the back with a separate Pure Veg Kitchen as well. Families & Kids will love this place for its Excellent Ambiance and plenty of Play Equipment for Children. They also have Camel & Horse Cart Rides which Kids will love. Their Toilets are also clean, which is good. We were here to bring in the New Year & they had decorated the place very beautifully with plenty of Lights et all & they also had a Live Orchestra playing Hindi Songs, ending with a Splendid Fire Works Display at the stroke of Midnight, which was Very Good. The food however was a disappointment as the Fish wasn't very fresh & the Mutton Preparation was not very good. They do need to improve their Food Quality if they want to continue being popular.

There was a time when visiting the Kinara Village Dhaba was a memorable experience. Things have gone downhill since then. Had visited twice recently in a span of 3 months. The second visit was with my daughter and she did not even drink water there because of the permeating smell all round. We dropped in for lunch and it was mostly empty. The prices were also not worth it. Staff currently on hand lacked training - when we asked if they have cup icecream (since we did not want open pack servings during Covid), his response was that they had no cup ; only vanilla and strawberry. Will skip any future visits here as the place has lost its charm. Food taste is also so so.

Okayish experience

Have visited here before so was expecting good wholesome food but alas what a let down. As we were a grp of five vegetarians we were not seated in their main section but asked to go further inside. Here we found the atmosphere dusty as some construction is going on nearby and we were seated in the open gallery. We had ordered for some rotis alongwith methi lasooni palak and dal makhani. The service is efficient but the same cannot be said about their food. The rotis and methi palak were okay but the dal makhni was a huge letdown as it was sweet. The quality of food does need improvement. Hope they take this review positively and do the needful. A positve point is the paan vendor who is at the entrance and serves excellent varieties of paan.

Best dhaba in LONAVALA

This place is located on mumbai pune old express way near lonavala. We had a short trip to lonavala last weekend. Few of our frds had recommended this place. It has a village type dhaba ambiance, had a beautiful seating arrangement. They have taken special care for kids they have playing areas. At night they have live gazal. One more important thing, they have a complete different kitchen and a restaurant for vegetarian which is inside the campus. The staff is very helpful and gave us good suggestion. Now coming to the food we ordered 1) mocktails :- virgin mojito, sun set, fruit punch very refreshing mocktails to start with. All were fab 2) In starters we had ordered corn cheese ball, chicken Banjara tikka, and chicken pahadi tikka 3) In sea food we tried surmai tawa fry :- authentic taste of malvani masala, and surmai was well cooked, took around 20-25 mins to come, loved it 4) In mains we had ordered lucknowi chicken with butter garlic naan Overall we had a amazing time at this dhaba, highly recommend if you are travelling to Lonavala side, food is just very delicious They even have few option of staying as well, they recently started with that

focused on the ambience and the decor rather than the quality of food

went there with an open mind to explore the place , which was great indeed. The waiter also approached us very cordially and had us seated. all was good, untill we ordered for Tanoori Fish - which can in too dry (looked like it was pre semi cooked earlier and just warmed up. hence we called for some yoghurt.. expecting the yoghurt to mellow it down. but the yoghurt also was not freshly made, and was more of a packaged yyoughurt purchased. .. we rejected the fish, as it was not edible. and ordered for a chicken dish with butter roti, just to satisfy our needs and leave. funny enough.. when the bill came, they had charged for the fish also which was rejected. but we just paid and left. its a great place to be for sight seeing.. but more or less food is like a food court value.. not a real dhaba authentic food prepared for you.. its more like they have all prepared earlier. just to serve teh number of guests -- as the footfall is too high

Lovely place

Good food, excellent ambience, well staffed and tables well distanced summarizes this place in short. The ambience has a lot of places to relax around for family and kids alike, the seating arrangements have been very well placed to give you a sense of privacy, staff are very prompt and service was quick. The Jalebi Rabri desserts was superb. Worth going to relax, eat and spend the day before a drive back home

Wow Experience!!!!

One of the best places i have visited. Good food, live classical music, children can have a horse or camel ride. Understand during the day one can buy Gir cow milks and other products, we visited late evening. Huge place for family time.

Overrated place - average food and service just about average. Ordered for prawns and had to return as it was stale . There are much better places to visit in and around the place . Personally i feel it is over priced as well for the kind of food they served

Nice ambience with avg veg food

Ambience and arrangment is very nice but food is AVG ( vegitarian). Camel ride : 7/10 Rs.100 per person for 5 year child or 50 year adult. Games for kids : 7/10 nice but some private arrogant personal are handling Each ride Rs.100 for kids. Paan shop : 10/10 very nice Food price : based on ambience and staff it's ok. Food quality: 6/10 Food taste: 6/10 Rabdi and Jalebi: 6/10 jalebi not up to the mark. Owner manage specially dineshbhai son but need to attention towards vegitarian food taste Punjabi food.

Okayish. Worth visiting once, while you're in Lonavala

It's a decent place to visit. The food is average. Every item we ordered was served almost instantly which makes one worder if the food was pre-cooked. The service was good but it almost seemed as if the staff was trying to rush us which was strange because there were more than a few unoccupied tables. There's ample parking available.

Kinara village dhaba is one of my favourite dhaba when I use to stay in Lonavala. Kinara is famous for its food. You will get punjabi, Maharashtrian food. When you visit kinara village dhaba you will have proper feeling of village, with lightings.
