It was a great day experience for us. We been to this place for the first time. The service was excellent. Service provider-Uttam Rai served us with great service.

Bad food quality ( smell unpleasant, and taste bad) wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels.

Overrated place - average food and service just about average. Ordered for prawns and had to return as it was stale . There are much better places to visit in and around the place . Personally i feel it is over priced as well for...the kind of food they servedMore

went there with an open mind to explore the place , which was great indeed. The waiter also approached us very cordially and had us seated. all was good, untill we ordered for Tanoori Fish - which can in too dry (looked like it was...pre semi cooked earlier and just warmed up. hence we called for some yoghurt.. expecting the yoghurt to mellow it down. but the yoghurt also was not freshly made, and was more of a packaged yyoughurt purchased. .. we rejected the fish, as it was not edible. and ordered for a chicken dish with butter roti, just to satisfy our needs and leave. funny enough.. when the bill came, they had charged for the fish also which was rejected. but we just paid and left. its a great place to be for sight seeing.. but more or less food is like a food court value.. not a real dhaba authentic food prepared for you.. its more like they have all prepared earlier. just to serve teh number of guests -- as the footfall is too highMore

Kinaara is hot pick place of Lonavala. The ambience is very beautiful, it really gives feeling of dhabba. Kids also have good entertainment things.

Ambience and arrangment is very nice but food is AVG ( vegitarian). Camel ride : 7/10 Rs.100 per person for 5 year child or 50 year adult. Does not even deserve one star. All hype. Nothing great. Quality of food not up to the mark. Not at all bothered about customer satisfaction. Pathetic experience by waiters. Very rude and arrogant staff. Definitely need training on how to talk to customers. Waiters will...decide where to sit, and behaviour like they are the owners. I will never visit again and I recommend not to visit Kinara dhaba.More

Good foods. Clean wash rooms. Good services. Suitable for family and children. Desert is also good. Service is quick. Seating arrangement is also attractive.

The dining experience has just started. It was gruesome in the start only. Had order for manchow soup, instead of soup a Chinese gravy came with excessive chopped vegetables, still figuring out whether to have it with soup spoon or should have with fried rice..

Nonsense food, costly and no way it should call dhaba.. looks like whoever runs this nvr had real dhaba food.. DO NO WASTE TIME AND MONEY GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT…
