Beautiful as Amed has been, food has been our biggest disappointment. Limited options, much of it westernised. While this place does not do much to drastically change that, I was encouraged by the slightly higher prices for the same options. I was relight to be....My seafood linguini was actually full of shrimp and generally rich with ingredients not the 1 prawns have had several other places. My wife’s lamb medallions were tender and tasty, not bit of old nag. My sons sausage and mash was much better sausage than anywhere else we had been after 10 days. The wine choices were much better than else where. The toilets were also nice and clean, well presented. You get what you pay for, pay the little extra, say 10-20% book a ride to the top of the hill and go visit this place. Best meal we’ve had after almost two weeks. We are massive foodies and not easily pleased.More
