Stunning dinner in stunning location. Ambience, romance and truly spectacular setting. Food equally exciting and great manu range. You must try their souffle's (we had 3 different types and all as good as any I have experienced. (light fluffy, tasty).

Went here as a solo traveller -it was 2 mins walk from my hotel. Food is not cheap but worth every penny for the service you get, quality of the food and the ambience. There was no issues and drinks were amazing as well.Everything well presented. The restaurant was adequate in all respect. I really can't recommend it enough.

Came here few times. Food is always top notch. Yes the service were kinda slow, but still acceptable for us. What really pissed me off this time is the way the security treated us before entering the restaurant. I perfectly understand if a restaurant like Metis needs a security, but please use someone that has well manered security guard. We... More

This restaurant is beautiful. There is no doubt about that. Every dish was perfection and the wait service was wonderful- my issue came when leaving the venue. We walked outside and asked the security guard if we could please get a taxi - as tourists do at EVERY establishment in bali. The female security guard said 'ok miss no problem'... More

The food has nothing to do with French cuisine. We had ordered foie gras as an appetizer, the foie gras was melting on the plate and was more a foie gras sauce. The staff was very pushy in regards to ordering one of their very expensive wines. The quality of the cocktails was very poor.

I always dine at Metis and have been doing so for the past four years. They are consistently delicious, service impeccable and scene stunning. The most recent was on Tuesday. We had the crab ravioli and the quinoa salad for starters. I had the seafood fricassee. My friends has the pork belly and the swordfish. Always a pleasure to dine... More

This is not a cheap night out but for that special meal the venue is perfect. The food, service and ambience is faultless. 8 of us ordered many different dishes and all were happy. The soufflé is a signature dish. As a West Australasian the wine prices are brutal but that is not unique to this restaurant....this is Bali!

Three words: Authentic, French, modern. I came into Métis feeling skeptical due to its beautiful setting and assuming the food wouldn't live up to the standards of the exterior - I couldn't be more wrong; the food was absolutely stunning and authentic. We were blown away at the high standard of cooking, quality and service we received at Métis. Highly... More

Not a bad meal. We went with 4 entrees and 1 main and 1 dessert. Food was great. We had rasberry soufle for dessert. It was the first time ever trying and we did not enjoy it at all. Overall besides the dessert everything was great.

after visiting this restaurant few times in the past and recommending it to family and friend we are surprised that this top fine dinning restaurant didn't deliver in some of the dishes and mainly with the service. for entrée we had their amazing trio of pate de foie grass unfortunately the brioche toast that comes with it took it time...
