It is rare to find a restaurant that gets the egg order done correctly. My request for a medium fried egg was produced perfectly. Great crispy (not burned) bacon. My apple pancake was good but could have been cooked a couple of minutes more. Always a treat to be able to work in a visit here.

We are here for a Kindergarten Conference, arrived late last night, and woke up hungry. Seeing that the Pancake Shop was across the street, we decided to give it a try. The service was great and the good was amazing! We will definitely go back.

Very nice staff. Actually fresh orange juice. Best grits ever. A little pricey for breakfast. Authentic retro atmosphere.

The service was great, but the food wasn't anything special. Slightly burnt toast, bacon floppy when I requested extra crispy, absolutely terrible coffee. Standard diner fare, nothing to write home about.

We were in town for our son's wedding and staying at the Arlington. The Pancake House is right across the street and is a wonderful breakfast diner. We ate breakfast there every morning, and both the food and service were very good. Pancakes are fantastic and it's hard to eat more than one😀. The "small" ham steak was huge and... More

Arrive before 8am and already crowded . They provide free coffee while you are waiting in the gourmet food /gift shop which is a great idea. It is crowded and noisy like a diner ...but in a good way! Buckwheat pancakes with fresh blueberries were delicious!

In five or so years of visiting Hot Springs this is one place that I always recommend in an otherwise culinary desert.

Must visit for a great breakfast. Crowded is a definite but that usually means the food is great!!! It was delish and so filling and huge portions.
