My husband and I both enjoyed our food (he ordered the Big Al, I ordered a salad), the service was excellent, and the setting is really neat and historical.

Great food and Great service. Friendly atmosphere. It is the oldest bar in Arkansas with a lot of history. There is live music after sundown. Many locals go there along with people visiting Hot Springs. The rich history includes a life size statue of Al Capone who was a visitor there many years ago. I always eat either the Reuben... More

Want a walk into the darker days of Hot Springs... it's the Ohio Club. Want to visit a bar that has celebrities like Mae West, Babe Ruth, Al Capone... it's the Ohio Club. A poorly lit (intentionally i guess), history-filled, blast from the past, the Ohio Club is a top-stop on your next visit to Hot Springs. The burgers and... More

While in Hot Springs, we wanted to be sure to stop by The Ohio Club to experience the history of this former prohibition era bar. We enjoyed reading the history and seeing the pictures, and the gorgeous carved wood and mirror bar back is a wonder to see. The people at the bar were having a great time with the... More

Neat historical restaurant and bar. See one of the places that in historical Hot Springs, made the casino scene and even survived through prohibition.

This is not just a Historic eatery! It's so much more! This is a location that was frequented by Al Capone, Mae West, Babe Ruth, and other names we recall from the past. It is said even Teddy Roosevelt sat at the bar here. Nightly entertainment includes the best local professional talent. Menu features "The Best Burger in Arkansas", but... More

Our purpose was visiting with new acquaintances, and the Ohio Club on Central Avenue in Hot Springs seemed the perfect spot. Atmosphere was conducive for visiting because no live music was playing. In fact, we met around 1:00 pm and practically had the entire place to ourselves. Staff was especially friendly, but our sandwiches were not as tasty as expected.... More

Delicious bar food burgers, Rueben's, and the like big fat fries and a gorgeous antique bar. The place is very small but worth the trip.

Description
Arkansas' oldest bar. Step back in history and have a drink where the likes of Al Capone, Lucky Luciano, Al Jolson, Mae West and a host of others have. We have won People Choice awards for our Hamburgers and our Reubens have been reported to be the best they have ever had. We keep our menu simple but high quality. We have live music 7 nights a week with Blues on Wednesday nights, Jazz on Thursday night and classic rock on the weekends. The Ohio Club Players are our house band and have been a Hot Springs favorite. Non smoking and open at 11am every day until 2am.
