Our waitress brought my change, and decided to keep $.54 of my money without my permission. Yes, I realize it's just 54 cents, but (obviously) it's the principle of the matter. She did not have the right to decide what to do with my money, and for that reason, I will not return. I even brought this to her attention,... More

First off, let me just say their sweet potato fries are AMAZING. Their turkey and avocado sandwich is pretty darn good, too. No complaints about this place. They're friendly, have reasonable prices, and great food.

While running errands in HS we elected to have dinner at the Brick House Grill. We were greeted immediately and seated next to the window. Our waiter was superb, watching carefully to be sure our water glasses were filled, and other beverages adequate. The food, from steaks to hamburgers were excellent. It's been a long time since we visited the... More

My husband and I just had a lovely lunch at Brick House Grill. It was crowded and I have to say my expectations weren't high for good service with so many people in the restaurant. But we had a WONDERFUL waitress, Pam, who was attentive and timely. Very nice experience, and we will go back and ask for Pam again.... More

Had a great dinner at Brick House Grill. Food was excellent and the service was even better. Our waitress, Jennifer, gave us great recommendations on the food, was attentive without hovering and was an overall pleasure with which to talk. Actually came back the next day with a large group for lunch and was lucky enough to sit in Jennifer's... More

We visited at dinner on Thursday and had a nice waiter but the salads were tiny and croutons so hard we couldn't bite them. The potato soup was so thin and watery all you could eat was the cheese and bacon. Both steaks that came out, sirloin and prime rib, were way over cooked and so the waiter offered to... More

They had good food. Their house salad dressing was so good. It was kind of "smoky" from a grill NOT smoking. Staff was super friendly! We would go back!

Had potato soup that was like a gravy and so bland that I sent it back. Had the New Orleans BBQ shrimp and it was overcooked and nothing New Orleans about it. Just not impressed and wouldn't darken the doorstep to this place anytime soon.

Brick House is located in historic downtown Hot Springs in the most unique building...Spencer's Corner. Downstairs dining room overlooks the plaza of Spencer's Corner and the upstairs has exposed beams and brick walls overlooking the Convention Center, Tower Mountain, and the old Army Navy Hospital. The food is outstanding.
