Very impressed! Went to them 14 yrs ago. Altho the atmosphere has always been wonderful the food used to be bland. Noticed that their trip Advisor ratings were excellent so we gave them another chance. Food was great! Evidently the chef has changed. Happy, Teresa

We moved away from Hot Springs for 15 years. Now that we're back we've enjoyed La Hacienda and all it has to offer. The service is impeccable and the food is good. I never eat all my beans at other Mexican places but I ate them first. Our servers were extremely attentive and we never needed anything that they didn't... More

Would recommend going here if you love authentic Mexican food. Very good portions for the price. If ever in this area take the time & try this place.

This was our 2nd trip there. The 1st time, it was just ok. Nothing special. This time though it was horrible! The refried beans were very dry. The salsa tasted like sugar was spilled in it. I asked for traditional enchilada sauce (red sauce) and got something similar to bbq sauce and with more sweetness. The tamale was 95% masa.... More

Meal was delicious...Alambre la Quesso. Beans are phenomenal. Service was good as well. Was a slow Sunday night for race season.

My wife and I ate at La Hacienda on a weekend evening a few weeks ago. We were in the mood for Mexican and had noticed their parking lot was always pretty full when we had driven past it. So, we decided to La Hacienda a try. I realize that satisfaction level with a restaurant is subjective and given at... More

My daughters and I have eaten here quite a few times over the years. It has to be the best Mexican food north of the border! When we go to Hot Springs for our weekend getaway, we usually eat both nights at La Hacienda. The service is outstanding, the food is just the best we've ever eaten, even in Texas.... More

Very extensive menus, clean, fun atmosphere and well staffed. Enjoyed the food; they had some unique dishes.

This colorful mexicana restaurant looks like it should be the real thing, but other than it has been in Hot springs for decades, I cannot understand why anyone ever goes back. Stale chips, salsa that tastes like catsup , and really bad tasting meat in the tacos and enchiladas. I will never go back again.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. The food was pretty subpar. We were a group of four on a business trip and none of us enjoyed the meal. The chips were okay; the salsa tasted like it was out of a can. My best advice is to skip this place!!
