Food was ok, service was average, wait time for food was long and the restaurant wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever ate at. In the end, I won’t be going out of my way to come back.

Came to Madison for valentines weekend and when we couldn’t find a place to eat a later dinner (9pmish), we discovered this place! Being from Chicago we felt the prices were very reasonable. Loved my chicken sandwich, but should have gotten the fries over the...More

I travel a lot for work and eat at fairly nice restaurants and this was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Respectable beer selection. Casual atmosphere and fair prices. The food and portions were just wonderful. OMG, a wild rice...More

Don't know if the cooks ever had real poutine in Canada. Frites were soggy and cold with a blob of cheese and sickly grey looking gravy poured all over. Coating around Sconnie egg looked undercooked (pink) and the outside crust was very hard and dry....More

Stopped here after a brewery tour for dinner. The extensive beer list and frites was what drew us in. The tables are cramped and there isn’t a lot of room but it was great food and service. I had the PBR fish and frites and...More

All of the food was delicious, with vegetables and cheese from the farmers market at the square, and meat from local farms. The drinks were generous and there was a large selection of beer. The service was top notch and the people very friendly. They...More

Many people had told my wife and I we had to try this place----so we did. With eight kids we thoroughly enjoy our weekly date night and love when we go out and have a good experience. Unfortunately, our first time was anything but enjoyable....More

Nice little restaurant squeezed into a niche on the square that used to be a McDonalds, believe or not. Good food and pleasant servers. Not being a drinker, I can't say much about the bar. Very busy. Not for people looking for a quiet place...More
