Go for the music but skip the food. The music was great but the food was over cooked and not as described. We did the reserved, prepaid reservation which allowed for a choice of entree and a specialty drink and a one and half hour...More

A much calmer street than Bourbon Street. We Uber'd here from our hotel and traffic is thick! We ate at Maison's and they had a wonderful jazz band-Smokin Time Jazz Club- who were awesome. They end around 9:30pm and the "bouncers" pick up all the...More

We thought it would be relaxing to sit and listen to jazz at a place that also offered food, since we are not big drinkers. We enjoyed 2.5 hours listening to a young and upcoming jazz band and eating tasty sweet potato fries, with good...More

Was looking for dinner with a jazz band. They took reservations and the food was decent. It was exactly the experience that we were looking for as a family with two boys 14 and 15. The band was really good and we stayed for awhile...More

Maison was located on Frenchman Street and they had no cover which is always a good thing in my book. They have a medium size sitting area and as well feature a small dance floor and live entertainment nightly. The long bar had good service but...More

Sometimes tough to get a seat but when one is available it is a good place to dine. The food was good, the drinks were cold and the service was fast and friendly. The bands were consistently excellent.

Traveling to NOLA for christmas week with a Teenager. Needed to expose her to the local music scene. This is a great venue and welcoming of families - since it is technically a restaurant. Great Beer offerings. Food is ok. If you are worried about...More

Yes, it's open 7 days a week. You do not need a reservation but can prepay for a dinner package on their website if you would like to guarantee a table close to the stage.

The Maison is the premiere live music venue and restaurant on world famous Frenchmen Street in New Orleans. Our restaurant opens at 5pm or earlier daily. Live Jazz bands play each night from open until 10pm on our front stage in the dining area. The seating in our dining room is directly in front of the stage so you will be able to eat, drink and watch the show at the same time, as well as seating in the rear if a quieter experience is what you are looking for. Advance reservations may be purchased via our website. All other seating is done on a first come first served basis. We have the largest dining room on Frenchmen Street which makes accommodating large groups and walk up patrons no problem! We can also reserve space for special events and private sections.
