Love all their wonderful dishes, often much more than one person can eat so cheers for leftovers. Good spot for pizza, better than the many chain pizza places.

A short street car ride from the French Quarter. Best Italian restaurant ever. Not your typical fake Italian chain restaurant. A must!

We stopped for an early evening dinner before heading into town for the theatre. Service was excellent and friendly and very helpful. We split a small Specialty Salad and had the garlic bread. My husband enjoyed his veal while I had the Eggplant Vatican. Seems the kitchen forgot to let the wait staff know that their fettuccine did not arrive... More

We were taking our kids to The Celebration of the Oaks and wanted to eat a good meal close by City Park and this restaurant was recommended to us by a good friend. What a wonderful surprise! We ordered the calamari, cheese pizza, Caesar salad & chicken piccata... for our family of 4 to share and there was nothing left.... More

This authentic Italian restaurant is always busy, has a lively atmosphere, and the food is always above average. I've eaten just about everything on their menu and the food has always been consistently delicious. It is a very busy restaurant with mostly local families, so it can be noisy (i.e., kids, converstions, etc.), but the food is well worth the... More

I have wanted to eat at Venezia for a long time! I rarely go to Mid-City, but, this very established gem, has been on my list of places in New Orleans! It was a Saturday night, there was a forty- five minute wait, we stood near the kitchen door and bar, just seeing all of the luscious dishes while we... More

This little jem of a restaurant is in the Mid City area of New Orleans. Genuine Italian food with the atmosphere of the "old days"1

I am from New Orleans and went to this restaurant to try it out. If you do not know a waiter or an owner and are not a regular you will be treated poorly. Food is not that great. Check out Vincent's instead, they have great service and better atmosphere.

I have eaten here several times and the food is great and reasonably prices. I ate across the street last night at Wit's Inn. Big mistake. I'm usually with 3 to 4 others after church and we all love the place.
