Good Po boy for what it is. Nice fresh crispy but soft white bread. Catfish and oysters half and half. Refills Soda. Long line.

My Po-Boy was so good that I had to find out which staff member made it so I could offer a hug of appreciation (which was accepted)!

Johnny's is the first place we head when visiting New Orleans. Their po-boys and gumbo can't be beaten. There is a long wait to get to the ordering counter, but I promise that it's worth it. It's small, crowded and run-down, so if any of...More

The soft shell crab and oyster po-boy are really good. Great place to grab a quick sandwich. There is extra seating upstairs or in the back of restaurant if it is standing room only. Enjoyable dive.

Johnny's has your classic po-boys. The place is a dive but perfect new orleans experience. Not much seating, so I'd take recommend getting it to go and finding a nice spot outside to eat it. I had the roast beef, fully dressed w/ brown sauce...More

Busy little restaurants serving local cuisine. Enjoyed the Po-boy and Gumbo. Both were very good however the wait was very long after we ordered, and it seemed like take-outs had priority over dine-in which didn't make sense.

Everything a po boy should be. The bread was crusty on the outside, tender in the middle. These are big sandwiches. I had the Judge Bosetta. The meat was the perfect balance of burger, and hot and mild sausage. I had it dressed which helped...More

Horrible place. Horrible experience. Cash only game. Ordered food that was terrible could not return it could not exchange it. Rode customer service. I don't recommend it to any one in New Orleans. Stay away.

Small, could be cleaner, very busy with a line out the door, with all po-boy menu. Had crawfish and shrimp po-boys, good. Seating street level and upstairs.

What a wonderful find. Our inn suggested it. I had egg tortilla with bacon, my husband had fish and grits. It was delicious and not expensive

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty
Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port
of call for folks in search of a good time and a great
story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs
across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied
around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively
well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the
