Arrived for a drink at the end of a great day of spring skiing. Table service was very surly, waiter seemed very unhappy that we wanted to order anything other than a round of bier. He took our order, returned with the drinks, knocked one pint over, which caught, and even though a fair bit had spilled still demanded payment.... More

I visited here with friends on a ski trip. We had heard it was a good apres ski bar and were keen to try it. However, the whole experience was ruined by the surly and aggressive service from a male waiter. He first of all did not listen to our drinks order, and then brought the wrong drinks. Mistakes happen... More

This is simply one of the best apres ski venues you could ever hope to experience! Great live music, dancing on the tables and the best party atmosphere. If you find yourself in Saalbach then make sure you visit here at least once...it's not trendy, sophisticated or particularly cool but it's everything a good apres ski bar should be -... More

Went late in the season, after a Hinterhag break of 10 years. The place has gone downhill in my opinion, and is mostly for the older crowd now. Downtown seemed to be the better option.

The Hinterhag Alm is a legendary experience from the perspective that you need to try it at least once. If you take all components of the Alm seperately then it is cramped, hot and the music is decidedly average but it works! the atmosphere is electric with a really happy vibe. Get in there for about 4 to have a... More

This has got to be the best apres ski bar in Saalbach if not the world I was here six years ago and yesterday and I'm glad to report it hasn't changed one bit, keep up the good work and I will definitely be back CHEERS

Very busy lunchtime, we were fairly late. Great goulash for me, kids Snitzel for grandson and daughter very happy with her Wurst. Drinks a bit slow as so busy, nearly everyone outside. Self service might have been faster. Happy all round.

The apres ski is fantastic, starts at 4pm til late with live music and plenty of dancing anywhere you can, including the tables & chairs!

During the last decades Saalbach-Hinterglemm has established itself as one of the most popular ski resorts in the Alps. As we know skiing and apres-ski belong together. The best place in the Glemmtal is the Hinterhag Alm!The Hinterhag Alm is located directly next to the Kohlmais-slope just a few meters above the Hotel Hinterhag and maybe 2 skiminutes away from the center of Saalbach. Since its opening, the Hinterhag Alm has a legendary reputation: behind the aged wood day-by-day daily people meet at 4 PM to celebrate a party together with live music!
