Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Amazing music and atmosphere, Apres Ski. Get there early if you want to sit down though. Food portions large and very very busy.

Excellent choice of mountain food, from traditional Rosti to burgers, ribs and pasta. We ate here a couple of times while skiing. It’s ideally located just above Obergurgl, so also good for a beer or Gluhwein at the end of the day before heading back...into the resort. The staff are friendly and the music after 16:00 is good fun.More

Not to be missed, especially when the band are playing. Great sing a long music, really fun atmosphere, all ages having a great time, dancing on the benches and not too expensive for a bar on the mountain. If you don't fancy skiing home (too...late or too much schnapps) they will skiddoo you back to the village. Open until around 7 when we were there, so you can be back to the hotel for dinner .More

It's 5 years since we have been here & it still doesn't disappoint for apres ski. The live band is on 3/4 days a week, check their website for live dates. The serving staff are amazingly efficient in a bar heaving with people. The band...are excellent. You are encouraged to stand on the tables & chairs, drink lots, dance lots & have fun. 100% worth a visit- try to be inside as the atmosphere is better there.More

We were taken to the nederhuette for a late lunch which was plentiful and tasty, but the best was yet to come. Around 4.30 the owner and his band began to entertain us with popular music from the 60s, 70s and 80s. This was our...music! We were encouraged to sing along and dance on the floor, on the benches, and on the tables if you were short enough. There were people there of every generation and all nationalities and every one of them was loving the atmosphere . We left at around 7.00 but the party was still in full swing. For those who had a little too much to drink, a skidoo was available to transport revellers and their ski gear back to the base. Thank you Nederhuette - you’ve proved that you are never too old to partyMore

Visited several times this week and found food and service excellent. Arrived today just for a drink and waited a long time. Wanted bill (€14.10 @ around 2 pm)….called for bill and rude waiter ignored us and went to table of others just arriving. Repeated...asked for bill in German and waiter came over without any manners of please but demanded the amount. Paid €15.10 cash expecting €1 change. Waiter left without giving change. When challenged he reluctantly gave change in very small denomination coins as a sign of his arrogance. This is a good mountain hut spoiled by ONE bad mannered waiter who needs to learn some common manners.More

During our week in Obergurgl we visited Nederhuette twice for some food and drinks and were not left dissapointed! Rough price for two dishes and 2 drinks per person was around 60-70 euro. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we were able to order...everything we needed from our table. The food was lovely with a wide range to choose from and the drinks were just what we needed after a long day skiing. Would definitely recommend a visit, it's a lovely little pub/restaurant in a beautiful setting. Thank you!More
