This restaurant is a gem that proves that even in Tyrol it is possible to provide fine dining, outstanding interesting fish and seafood based menu and not only schnitzels.
We had an exceptional diner. The menu is full of the various seafood options, as well as meat. Everything was very delicious, fresh, well combined and ofcourse, beautifully presented on the plate.
The restaurant has a rich wines card, cozy ambience, though modern and neat design.
Our waitress Savannah was very helpful, cheerful, full of recommendations and made our evening joyful and relaxing.
We left very satisfied and surely will come back here during this week again and hopefully next year and will recommend this place to everybody. Thank you!

My wife and I had dinner at Hazienda this evening following a recommendation from our hotel. The food was first rate - an Indonesian dish Bami Goreng and a seafood pasta dish with black ink. The waitress who served us was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was quite buzzy. However this was all spoilt by the (non) welcome we received. After hanging up our coats outside we entered the restaurant proper and in the absence of anyone greeting us I approached the bar and put my hand on the back of a free chair in order to speak to the barman. He came over and said “English or Deutsch?” Followed by “You can’t sit there these chairs are reserved”. I said “we have booked a table” and he looked amazed. “You have booked a table?” I replied that this was quite usual in a restaurant was it not? Then a waitress came over, took details of our reservation and showed us to a table. A good meal spoiled by this boorish idiot.

Good food! Friendly staff. They just turn a starter in a maindish portion! And inspite it isn't on the menu, they make a delicious cheese platter for dessert. If we ever come back to Sankt Anton, we will surely return here

The menu is complicated. Their steaks are either from U.S. or Australian beef – we wanted local choices and thus went for pasta and pork cordon bleu as mains. I still ordered Asian-style beef tartar as an appetizer .
The beef tartar was OK – it arrived covered with yellow sauce , not a very appealing presentation, but in the end the dish was flavorful, spicy with nice acidity thanks to sauces and marinated ginger.
The food quality went down from there. The pasta (pappardelle with chorizo and burrata) was presented as a pile of pasta and ingredients floating in some watery liquid with a piece of burrata on the top. The chorizo was there, as well as some green stuff (probably spinach) and capers, and some other vegies – perhaps if it was the chef’s poor imagination implementation, but it’s not what one expects from a pasta for 32.50EUR with expensive ingredients.
My partner ordered pork cordon bleu. The cordon bleu piece arrived placed on roasted young potatoes cut in round slices. The potatoes looked as reheated. When cut, the cordon bleu released a copious amount of watery liquid. There was nothing special about the pork – it was eatable at the price tag of EUR38.60.
The wine by glass (Zweigeld) was as expected, but it’s not the restaurant’s fault.
The service was good (we didn't ask for anything special).
The conclusion – it’s an over-hyped and overpriced place that should be avoided. There are many better alternatives in Sankt Anton and neighboring towns.

The restaurant location is great along with the decor and vibe. Lovely comfortable chairs and interesting interior. The service was excellent as well. Good wine list. The reason it’s average in our opinion was the food. The ingredients were good quality, however, it was over complicated and way too much. The plates are enormous which is needed because the amount of blobs of sauce/ jus/ paste takes up half of it.
The menu was also enormous, with such a mix of styles; Asian, Austrian,
Italian…. It’s like it can’t decide what to be. Sadly we would not book again. It’s so close to being really good but just fails on the complicated , gimmicky plating.

Case for the health department!
The restaurant manager worked behind the counter. He cut bread for the bread baskets, tapped drinks and every two minutes he petted a guest's dog, which was not sitting on the floor but partly completely, partly on the chair and with its paws on the counter where guests eat. The manager then repeatedly fetched "treats" (e.g. ham) from the kitchen for the dog, which he gave him to eat with his hands, and then immediately afterwards (WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS) prepared food for the customers again.
We told our waiter that this bothered us and asked him to discuss it with Mr. Kaser. The waiter told us that he had spoken to his boss about it. We assumed that the dog would no longer sit on the counter but would be given a bowl of water and food on the floor. Unfortunately, nothing happened. The loud show with the dog continued. Food for the dog, food for the guests... always alternating, without washing and/or disinfecting our hands even once.
We had lost our appetite, we paid €250.00 without dessert and when we left the restaurant we went to the counter. My husband told the boss that he couldn't understand why the most basic hygiene standards were being ignored in this restaurant and that nothing was being done about it even when a customer complained. Answer: Here is the door!

Ok I am not fussy but I can’t let this experience pass without comment. This is without doubt the worst restaurant I have had the misfortune of visiting in some years. It appears to think it can pull off Asian fusion cuisine whilst essentially serving up the equivalent of a student sweet and sour stir fry with a steak on top . There was no subtlety or delivery in terms of flavour and the whole thing was well below the quality I would expect for 42 euros . My complaint was met with a very passive/ aggressive attitude. It essentially implied that everyone else liked the dish except me. The customer service response was a case study in how not to react. I hate complaining and I understand sometimes things aren’t how you want them to be But sometimes you have to stand up and be counted and this is one and I would suggest avoiding this restaurant.

Visiting Hazienda is a must for every food lover. The food is honest and authentic but next level by using only the best ingredients, surprising preparations and beautiful plating. We were astonished with every single dish and every single bite. The restaurant has a great wine list to complement the jewels the chef produces. And the staff is most friendly, very professional and finds the right tone while serving absolute greatness on a plate. We will always want to go back.

Our absolute favorite in St. Anton: For more than 20 years we have enjoyed excellent, finely balanced dishes, a good selection of wines and a bar that leaves nothing to be desired. What stands out is the young, committed service and kitchen team, who take great care of the guests with local charm.
The price is a bit on the expensive side, but you get top quality for it. The portions are generous. If you want to enjoy several courses, you should bring a decent appetite.

It must be said that the food was delicious, but a pasta main course for 54 euros is over the top in my opinion. It wasn't that good now. It is not a star restaurant, but it is one of the best in St. Anton. There was no real experience that you expect at these prices. Perhaps I should have given it four rounds, because the service was also very friendly. However, it is not really recommended to have a meal after skiing.

My adult daughter and I had a Sunday dinner. First visit downstairs in a basement room. Got a good table and the service came straight away with special olive bread and delicious ham. We ate starters carpaccio on anges and tuna roll. Both dishes were beautifully presented. The main course was lamb or tuna and here, too, the tastefully presented food was both a delight for the palate and the eye. We drank Austrian red wine that we had been recommended and it was very good. All in all, very good and reasonably priced at this fine restaurant.

We stayed at the M3 hotel, which belongs to this restaurant. We liked the food here so much that we ate here three out of four nights during our stay. Very tasty dishes, especially the pizza and the pastas. The fact that the terrace was filled with locals every night confirms that this is the "place to be". The wine list is quite pricey (but found a very good riesling : Högl Bruck Riesling Federspiel).

first of all, its a ski town so everything is high but if you want to splurge for an evening this is the restaurant in town that I would recommend, great service, awesome food and the presentation is beautiful. The staff is friendly and they even remembered us from last year. We ate at the bar which was entertaining and the Benny the bartender took great care of us.

The restaurant is located at the basement of the M3 hotel. The menu is wide. The food is delicious, and the appearance of the dishes is beautiful. With a little effort, this restaurant could be a 1-Star Michelin restaurant.
The two minuses of the restaurant are:
1. It's expensive.
2. I don't think it's suitable for children.

Spectacular dinner! The surprising letter. We had dinner with vitello tonnato, Hazienda club sandwich, Thai soup and a house specialty, dumplin. Everything delicious. Large and generous portions. Spectacular attention. It's not very expensive for the prices here. It is worth it for the quality of the food, portion size and treatment of the staff.
