We stayed at the Inn and ate two light dinners at the restaurant... plus three breakfasts that were included with the room. Our diners were light because we had had BIG lunches before. Note: reservations are a 'must' even during the week as it is very popular with the locals and folks staying at other properties in the area. We... More

Enjoyed lunch at a 29 Palms Inn. Quaint Restaurant. Organic gardens and rustic cabins surround it. visitors center there. The famous Oasis of Murals is a story in itself.

My husband and our two dogs, stayed in the Hyacinth adobe built in 1924. For a real desert experience stay here!! The is so much history to this place. It is at the south entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Start your visit to the Joshua Tree National Park on the north entrance then just meander through all the beauty,... More

I ate here on a Sunday night. We did not have reservations so even at 6:30 we had to wait an hour. After ordering it turned out that they were out of my chosen entree (portobello mushrooms) so went with the kale and quinoa salad. The dressing was a little vinegary for my taste. Others in my party got the... More

Had lunch with a 29 psalms resident. Hidden away in a oasis is this unusual place. Lunch was very good and reasonable and was fish Friday. The inn looks very interesting and unusual. Didn't have time to explore. But will in the future. While your in the neighborhood check out the old schoolhouse museum. History is uplifting. Shouldn't be missed.

We enjoyed a VERY good meal here. I had the pasta special and my spouse the pork vindaloo. Salads were fresh, the wine selection was excellent and our waiter was prompt and engaging. Carrot cake rounded off the meal. This restaurant has pleasant seating out doors. The bar area looked like fun.

We were visiting Joshua Tree for a few days and this restaurant was recommended. We were not disappointed. The food, the atmosphere and the service was excellent. My husband had the flat iron steak, perfectly prepared and tender. I had the chicken marsala, the best I've ever had.

A unique venue for lunch and dinner (I honestly don't know if they serve breakfast) The menu is small but everything is of good quality. Salads, soups, and sandwiches are all great for lunch. The dinner menu changes a bit depending on the season but the food usually doesn't disappoint. Great fresh made cocktails as well.

I loved this restaurant. I could write two opposite reviews and they'd both be true. What I loved is that the food, wine, service, energy, and concept is really well done. It was a busy Saturday night and the staff handled it well and I felt well taken care of. The menu is reasonably priced (considering it is the best... More
