You can't visit Alaska without going to the Salmon Bake. This outstanding restaurant has phenomenal salmon, fresh from Resurrection Bay, cooked perfectly. I never miss a chance to eat here. The sign out front proclaims lousy food and cheap beer, but don't believe it. It's...More

We were excited to try the salmon bake but were really disappointed. Most of the food was mediocre at best. The seafood chowder was okay but kind of “orange.” Corn bread was super dry. The Gulf Platter, which had fried halibut, baked salmon, and fried...More

The food here was delish, and they had the best root beer! Service was great and it felt like Alaska. Close to the Exit Glacier, only a few minutes outside of Seward proper. Yum.
