After three visits, I have to say ... the quality of the food compensates for the slow service, primary from the kitchen. If you're just here for the dim sum, then the service is fine. ... the dim sum is pretty good although the selection is a bit limited during lunch time ... the food off the menu is good... More

Everything that I have eaten here was outstanding. I work near here and eat it regularly. Usually try something different every time. nothing I have ordered thus far was bad. Definitely recommend!!

In my search for the best chicken feet I can pamper my palate with, well I think I have found that place. First of all the management staff there is superb. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, especially the rest rooms. I believe that tells a lot about the kitchen. I have now made 4 trips for this... More

While Joy Palace is known for dim sum, they also serve dinner. On the weekends you'll often find a banquet going on so serve might be slow. The food is good but not great. Still worth a visit for a casual dinner if you are in the area. The servers are nice which is sometime unusual for a Chinese place.

I'd give 2.5 but gotta give whole stars. Been here several times to include dim sum and dinner. Each time we go it is not busy. You stand there waiting to be seated. Employees walk by and look at you but don't acknowledge. Takes anywhere f err on 5-10 mins before they get to you. Dim sum not a large... More

Stopped in for lunch at Joy Palace in Seattle. Specifically made a point to eat lunch here as we were in the area and we have long heard that the dim sum is excellent. We were not disappointed. We had Chinese broccoli, steamed pork buns, shrimp "Har Gow" dumplings, beef short ribs, pork Siu, Mai, stuffed eggplant (stuffed with shrimp), egg tarts (Daan... More

I'm not a big of the dimsum here. Not enough variety and food is not great. The people are very friendly and they do get really good business. However I've had better dimsum at other places.

I had high hopes. Always in search of a good dim sum place outside of Chintatown, for those times we don't want to drive into downtown, search and pay for parking, wait 30-90 min for a table. First time to Joys... and the last time we'll go. We got there around 1pm on a Saturday so it was right after... More

A great place for a Dim Sum lunch. It has great variety is always busy on weekends. You may have to wait if you get there after 12:15. The food comes by on carts and you pick what you like the food is excellent. It is modestly priced but it is easy to eat more than you expected because it... More
