Hudson is one of the few places we've returned to in Seattle. It's a bit out the way, tucked on 99 in Georgetown, but is the perfect stop on the way to the airport for anyone coming from the north side. No food item has ever let us down, but I especially recommend the heartier American fare; biscuits and gravy... More

Went there on a date night after not going there for some time. It certainly didn't disappoint. The food was excellent and atmosphere very comfortable. We can't wait to get back there and have more home cooked food. 21+ only and there is free-wifi. Full bar and diner. Even has outdoor seating.

First: beware that this is 21+ only. The menu suits all ages, but if your kiddo wants a pancake you'll have to get take out! Located on the edges of Georgetown, the industrial area of Seattle, Hudson is fantastic diner with updated American classics. It is very much in keeping with the history of the area - I spent much... Sit next to a truck driver, Construction worker, Red tie Business man, this place caters to all of the hard working people of Seattle ,in the most inconspicuous of locations. Not in the tour books, no big name Cheff, ( maybe should be) but gets it's clientele from word of mouth. The Hudson, offers up some awfully good food with... More

This is a nice place to stop for a drink and food. The fries are generous. I had the brisket sandwich and it was very good.

We found this restaurant one time when travelling from Sea-Tac to downtown Seattle. Since then we have visited on each visit to Seattle on the day before Thanksgiving. Shannon was our server this year and she was fantastic. The food is fresh and the serving sizes are really good. It is hard to make a choice on what to eat... More

Stopped by on a whim! What a find! Incredible breakfast. Would love to try lunch or dinner. Service fast friendly and attentive. Definitely will be a repeat when I am in the area.

On of the enjoyable things benefits of having a son living in the urban Seattle, is the opportunity to try some out of the way restaurants the average tourist would not even know were there. Such is the case of the Hudson Restaurant. Secluded away in greater western Seattle, this gem of a restaurant is very popular with the locals... More

If you want a reason to go to a less traveled tourist location in Seattle, head to Hudson Restaurant. Service is friendly and accommodating, prices are good and food is great. I recently had the chopped taco salad, the portion was generous, freshly prepared and very tasty. I had white wine with my lunch, and, the waitress checked back that... More

Great place for breakfast, must try the grits with bacon and eggs... everyone must be 21+ because the restaurant is also in the bar, which makes it great for those weekend mornings...
