This is really good Vietnamese food. I had the chicken pho and it reminded me of the pho I had in Hanoi. The broth was complex and full of flavour. My wife had the rice noodle cucumber tofu mushroom pancake and it too was delicious. The prices are reasonable and a great place to eat.

...a tad "short" on service and ambience. I was in Seattle for a conference and my husband tagged along. We love Vietnamese food so on hour last night in Seattle, we decided to go to Long's. It was an easy walk from our hotel, the Fairmont Olympic. Upon arriving, we asked to see a menu while we waited for a... More

Had lunch with the family at Long Provincial. The menu is extraordinarily long - while the average place might have 2 or 3 satays on the menu, these guys have 11! We found the food to be well prepared and delicious. A few things to note, a couple of pages of the menu are only available for dinner and this... More

Almost missed door at 2nd & Stewart. Menu offered a solid choice of Vietnamese dishes. Settled on the classics duo of cha gio and pho, each for $8. Cha gio (spring rolls) came in pack of 3, big enough for a quick lunch. Deep-fried rice wraps were crispy. Could have used couple of lettuce leaves to pick them up and... More

Had a great spring rolls and a very tasty lemongrass martini. Very large menu that is a bit overwhelming at first, but knowledgeable staff makes navigating it easy.

I'm all for trying new places but have never eaten Vietnamese food before. My friend and I stumbled upon this restaurant while walking through the city. We decided to check it out and were seated right away, I think we got there around 8pm and the service was excellent. Our server was very quick to get our drinks and come... More

My boyfriend and I have seen "pho" restaurants throughout the city, and we had no idea what it was exactly. We looked into it and decided to try out this restaurant. It was directly across the way from our hotel (The Moore), so it was rather convenient. Let me tell you that this was the best pho I have ever... More

Based on other TripAdvisor reviews, I was curious to experience this restaurant for myself. Had the opportunity before a concert at the Moore Theater. Located on a corner, it is easily missed. Very dark inside but a great place for catching up with my friends as music and other conversations weren't a distraction. I ordered the small Chicken Pho'. Perfect... More

I was hesitant about going into this restaurant as it had no street appeal. I am glad I went in to try it because my beef noodle meal was spectacular. Quite fresh and tasty. While the entrance is wheelchair accessible the bathrooms are located upstairs and there is no lift up. The bar area is also located downstairs.
