Having walked through Pike Market looking at the huge crabs, I knew I had to find a restaurant that served the whole crab. Blueacre was it. The preparation of the crab was so flavorful and scrumptious. It tasted like it had been battered and fried. And the crabs were heavy with meat. Being an East Coast girl (originally), I knew... It was the best dinner we have had in Seattle. My husband had the scoppino and he really enjoyed it. Great size servings and the waitress was so friendly, I was trying to to discourage my husband from dessert but she offered to "share" it with him, sh really made our evening. Very modern pretty restaurant.

I love Blueacre. The quality of the seafood is excellent and I've always found the service to be very good. For a nice experience, just take a seat at the beautiful raw bar and enjoy a variety of excellent and extremely fresh oysters while reviewing the menu, the just order dinner while you're enjoying the raw bar and good conversation... We dropped in for a snack and happy hour on New Year's Eve and we were happy we did! The drinks were great and the oysters were terrific, but the green curry mussels were amongst the best we have had. Service was great at the oyster bar, but I don't know everyone will agree with the auto 20% gratuity every... More

Sat at the bar area while in town for business. Had the cod with crab on top and risotto. It was delicious, but i was still hungry as it wasnt very filling. This is a pretty nice restaurant and pricey, but there is a wide variety of options and prices for their menu. I would come back hear again.

We were actually disappointed with our dinner - the food was fine but with an auto-gratuity of 20% for our party of 2 I expected better service. First ambiance. This is a very large restaurant open to their bar where there's a TV. Lots of large parties but that could be because it's December. Either way, not really a setting... More

We came to Blueacre on a pinch because we were starving and couldn't get a reservation anywhere else. Fortunately, they had openings and halibut. I do not know why halibut has been hard to come across in San Diego, so I was craving it. When I ordered I informed my waitress that I could not have it made with butter... More

Had dinner with a few colleagues here while in Seattle for work. It was a casual dinner so we sat near the bar- it's a big open area with maybe a few too many tables. The food was really great although a bit expensive (we hadn't seen one another for sometime and we're prepared to spend some money on good... More

Description
Centrally located in downtown Seattle, Blueacre is the quintessential American seafood restaurant drawing upon the vast array of wild seafood available from the United States coastal waters as well as carefully chosen sustainably-farmed freshwater species, oysters, clams and mussels. Blueacre Seafood will feature a full-service oyster bar and in addition to all things aquatic, farm-fresh meat, game, poultry, vegetables and artisanal cheeses. Brushed nickel accents, rich wood panels and warm leather booths reflect Blueacre's American seafood heritage. Classic handmade cocktails are shaken in a comfortable bar, well stocked with American spirits, craft beers on tap and an all-American wine list. Blueacre is Seattle's downtown seafood destination.
