Great BBQ, although a little expensive. Among the BBQ places I've tried so far in Seattle (Roro's, Pecos Pit, Jack's BBQ) this one is the best. I've tried Ribs or pulled pork at all of them and I think this one is the best. The...More

We've been going to Pinky's for almost a year now, but we had to write this review because the batch of pulled pork we brought home the other day was so EXCELLENT! It was moist & tender. We made sandwiches with the smoked meat and...More

Watery pulled pork, tasteless slaw and over sweetened collards. The food was doled out by a delightfully cheerful person, but that was the highlight of the meal. Need I say more?

Have eaten here twice & had the pulled pork first & then the whisky soaked pulled pork. Both were AWESOME & I consider myself somewhat picky about my Bar-B-Q. The regular sandwich comes with your choice of sauce which is backed up on the short...More

A friend we were traveling with had been following Pinky's on Twitter so we had to try it. It's a food truck that lost its wheels, parked in the parking lot of a Winchells Donuts. The food was good. We were disappointed they didn't have...More

I happened upon this place in a semi-late search for dinner, and had a pulled-pork slider. I wanted to try both it, and it's sister restaurant next door (Rancho Bravo), so just stuck with the slider. I'd love to try the rest of the menu...More

It appears to always have customers milling about and for a good reason. This was my first time at any food truck anywhere. The weather was OK albeit a bit cool, so I thought I would stop and I decided to do take out even...More

I have eaten at Pinky's location several times, and they've catered an employee party for my job, two whiskey tastings that I co-hosted and a party in my backyard. The food is always top-notch, especially the pulled pork (I prefer the version that is not...More

We saw people in the parking lot at this truck & one day, walking by, decided to investigate. This food truck was amazing. They have a special Maker's Mark BBQ sauce that is just awesome on the pulled pork. We tried sliders of the regular...More

We were looking forward to trying this food truck as a friend had really enjoyed a meal there. I am a big fan of BBQ and have been smoking meats for the last six years myself so I am critical. When trying a new BBQ...More

Awesome pulled pork and beef brisket sliders. Handmade potato chips. Super nice people. Almost "street food" since it's prepared in a trailer, sold through the window, and you eat at picnic tables in a tent with plastic windows. So great! Food is simply amazing.
