Great experience with an open kitchen, brick oven and lively atmosphere. It was noisy enough to take a toddler with no worries. Rotisserie chicken was divine, also good pizza for our toddler. Gumbo was great as well.

The menu has many delicious sounding items. Everyone in our group was happy with our choices. Other tables had equally amazing items.

A friend who lives in Seattle recommended Sazerac. She joined us for dinner. All of the dishes were over salted, and that's saying something coming from me. I love salt. My steak was medium well not medium. The braised pork was fine. We've had better and the gnocchi was ok. Our friend was embarrassed that she recommended it. They did... More

What a great place to come and not get program food. The chef changes things up which make is fun and good for you. I like to come here every now and then just to see what they have come up with. Reasonable and good for business.

There was plenty for our vegetarian guest. The rest shared salads, duck mousse, duck sausage and a variety of delightfully different food. The waiter was charming and maintained the perfect balance of being interactive and in the background.

Description
Named after the potent New Orleans cocktail, Sazerac is by far one of downtown Seattle's hippest spots. The food is fresh with deep resonant flavors, roasted and wood-fired, earthy and sensual.

"This southern-style spot is destined to be a Seattle classic." -Seattle Times
