Best Happy Hour! Their mussels are to die for. And the Beechers Fried cheese curls are out of this world. Great wine and beer choices too. Thank you T for being a wonderful bartender.

I was late making a reservation for Thanksgiving dinner. We were in town for a wedding. So was grateful they had a table for us 10 days before the day and skeptical as to why they did have a vacancy when I had phoned at least 10 other restaurants in downtown Seattle!!! Oh boy was I glad this was where... More

We enjoyed a lovely dinner here our first night in Seattle. We were able to get a reservation for 2 with relatively short notice (perhaps because it was a Sunday day night in December) and a table by the window that looked across the harbor. The food was delicious and our waitress Lisa did a fabulous job taking care of... More

We stumbled on this restaurant wandering around the Pikes Market area. What a pleasant surprise. My business partner and I enjoyed the fresh oysters, chowder and Louie Salad. The fish was yummy! The portions were plentiful. We also splurged on a couple of the best tasting bloody Mary's I have had in a long time. They have many tables on... More

Our first dining experience in Seattle and what a delight! We stopped in for lunch. The view of the bay was incredible. The view also gave us the opportunity to determine what we wanted to see while we were there. But the food!!! From the Northwest Jambalaya to the Seafood Skewer, of course portioned to share, we enjoyed the best... More

Great atmosphere, great food! Try the mahi mahi served over mashed sweet potatoes. Our server Colton was very helpful and accommodating.

It was getting late and I was looking for something quick and easy, so I stopped in, sat at the bar and had a wedge salad with salmon. It was very good, but the service was awesome. And happy stared up again at 9PM, so cocktails were reasonably priced

Changing on Cutter's for a birthday dinner, the four out-of-towners, no, out-of-country visitors, decided it would be well worth it, and it was. A window table, with a spectacular view of the piers, Ferris Wheel and wharfs, great food, friendly service (although a bit over-the-top at times), Cutters offered everything others have experienced and written about. The youngish crowd was... More

Some of the best seafood we have ever had, EVER! We got the crab sampler which was really good and a great way to try a few at once. Our all time favorite was the mussels. The sauce was so good and the mussels themselves were the best we have had anywhere in the US.

I was looking for the perfect restaurant to end our week in Seattle and found it at Cutters. We arrived for an early dinner and asked to be seated at the window overlooking the waterfront and were promptly seated at one of the best tables in the restaurant. We were treated to a spectacular sunset that matched the wonderful food... More

Description
One of Seattle’s proudest traditions is the Pike Place Market, right next door. The market thrives by providing the highest quality seasonal products indigenous to the Pacific Northwest. This allows Cutters--totally remodeled in April 2012--to be directly influenced by the unique nature of the market. Because of Cutters' ongoing commitment to incorporate only the finest seasonal Northwest ingredients in all menu offerings, we can truly say: “If it’s there, it’s here."
