When I first visited during the day, the service was a little slow but the food made up for it. It was early afternoon so no raccoons were around, just stray cats. The second time was after dark so several raccoon sightings. The owner greeted...More

Been going since I was a kid and decided to take a group of friends that had never been there, We had a great night and enjoyed some awesome chicken. They were understaffed but our waitress did a great job and kept up with the...More

The prices are reasonable and the food was really good. The waitress that we had was very welcoming and checked in on us every 15 minutes or so. We came around 5pm-7pm and saw a few raccoons. There probably would have been more if we...More

I hadnt' been to Alpine since I was a kid and we lived down the street. I was curious to go back after seeing all the reviews. We stopped in for lunch during the week. It was a typical 70's style bar just as I...More

Chicken is wonderful. Coleslaw is ok. Not something you'd crave. "Big wings" are twice as big as those in the regular dinner.

If it was okay but watching Americans was even better. It just smelled so greasy in there I could not get past it

This was the first time I walked out of a restaurant after already sitting down. I dined at Alpine Inn in the past and previously enjoyed their low key surroundings and fried food. This time the server was so rude and belittling that I just...More

Went with my partner and 3 kids at about 2pm. Saw no racoons but about 10 cats. Drinks were 3$ each and waitress did not refill once. Fried Chicken was nothing special. Tenderloin was exactly like school lunch pork patty on small hamburger bun.
