We had lunch here and was very impressed by the quality of service and taste of various dishes ordered. Very professional staff as you would expect from a place like this. This was a memorable lunch. A great place for business lunches.

Had dinner in the bar, not the main restaurant. Food was excellent but maybe overpriced. Service was not great - inattentive is the word that springs to mind.

We stayed at the Royal Sonesta as part of a tour of New England and this restaurant was by far the classiest place we experienced. Lovely seats outside, which was just as well as the interior lacked ambience. I had the chargrilled octopus, which was absolutely stunning, followed by John Dory (the waiter didn't know how to pronounce it, or... More

Lovely scenery right on the Charles - so accommodating of our little puppy and a full celiac / gluten free menu that was just as large as the regular ones. The drinks are generous and stellar and although slightly slow the service was also friendly and accommodating. Food was delectable.

We got the Arancini app. They were delicious - warning, not what you would expect. Instead of red sauce, it was a honey glaze. Again, delicious, but there were only 3 golf ball size pieces. For the meals, I liked that they after the half dish. The size was perfect for no leftovers (we were traveling). I got the lobster... More

I like this place and thought it is much better than expected as a property attached to a hotel (which itself is good). The menu gave variety and the pasta I had was delicious.

After traveling for much of the day I decided to have dinner at my hotel's restaurant - Dante. It was pretty busy, the energy was good and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. After waiting over 15 minutes and only receiving a glass of water I decided to eat elsewhere. On my way out I asked for the manager who... More

there are very few places to eat outside along the Charles river. Dante is one of them. It has a lovely terrace. The food is better than average Italian but the service we experienced was poor. We waited an hour and 45 minutes between our drink order and our main course. We had a nice first course that arrived only... More
