I Have visited this restaurant for years and it never disappoints me. It is always reasonable and the quality is good. The portions are big and the service is attentive. I would definitely recommend it.

We liked everything. From the friendly service to the excellent food served! All local flavours, specially the fish soup, seafood cream soup, Caldeirada, to the desserts. Not all local restaurants work like this one! Recommended!

I'm willing to visit here because of my favorite"Arroz de Marisco" kind of seafood rice, even it's a bit far from Lisbon! It was a nice experience trying fresh seafood dishes under the wonderful weather in Peniche. MUST TRY!

I had read that this is one of the best restaurants in Portugal, so when visiting Peniche (definitely a place worth a visit) I had to try it. What a vibe, packed with locals and people from all corners of the globe, spilling over various rooms in the tiniest, narrowest street behind the main street to the harbor. The personnel... More

Someone suggested this restaurant to give a try. In spite of noisy, not sure if was only that night because of some groups sited nearby, i would say everything else went fine. Fresh and tasty fish does it justice. Helpful and hardworking personnel pleasing the costumer must be considered as well. At last, but not less important, good care of... More

A decent meal of sardines spoiled by service that was rude and excruciatingly slow. After waiting nearly 30 minutes to pay the waiter wandered off with our money and we had to wait another long while for change. The sardines we ordered were delicious but we also got given various other dishes (including some not so fresh looking prawns) that... More

If you're in this part of the world, the ONLY place to go for sardines is Sardinha and they have plenty of them. Plenty of seating outside even on a slightly chilly night but inside was a bit too hot & steamy. Yes, we had the sardines and enjoyed them. The only negative we had was the way in which... More

Sardinha is one of the best places to eat fish in Peniche. Allways fresh and well cooked, it brings a delicious experience for grilled lovers. The price-quality is definitely excellent. My advice is to avoid weekends (or make a previous reservation).

Really recomend to visit while you are in Peniche. Nice interior, nice stuff, tasty fish and seafood and really huge portions. Price are very normal (soup, starter (schrimps), two main meals (sword fish & octopus) and a bottle of wine - 32 EUR. Soup (sea soup) was not brilliant, but main meals - fantastic. Wine was amazing (see photo below)... More

Nice place to visit and eat fresh fish. The grilled sardines are fantastic. A normal portion is 5-6 fishes which cost €9.00. The waiter served "starters" without asking. They cost you over €10,00 but you can refuse them If you want.
