The buffet was bountiful, had fresh fruit, pancakes, muffins, juice, eggs and coffee. Nice breakfast room with view of country lane.

My brother, sister-in-law and I ate here while we were staying in Killington and I had the squash and loved it. My brother had the salmon and liked it, my sister-in-law wanted to try something new and had the duck and didn't really care for it but she's usually more of a burger and fries kinda girl and shocked us... We ate here 2 different nights and both times we had excellent meals and the service was great! We enjoyed this restaurant more than the ones in Woodstock and Quechee. They had a green tomato and cheddar cheese soup that was fantastic! The entrees were also a good size and delicious. The chicken 2 ways and steak were great selections.... More

We stayed in town but at at the Kedron Valley Inn. Pretty setting, very cute, quintessential New England style dining room. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was very attentive.

We ate here on two consecutive nights, and the food was very good on both occasions. The trout ,duck and north eastern beef were especially good, with a surprisingly good cellar for a country inn. The fresh local charcuterie and cheese were good for starters. My companion had the hamburger one night, not wanting anything fussy, but that was nothing... More

A beautiful mansion. Seated in the Tavern room with TV showing a baseball game..not exactly fine dining. The server said they were probably out of mussels. We both ordered salmon, but in a short time were informed that they only had one salmon entree remaining, and they were out of burgers. Mind you, this is a busy horse eventing weekend,... More

I so wanted to have a great meal here but the food and service just didn't produce. Sitting on the porch was beautiful, and the appetizers were pretty good, although uncomplicated, but two of the four entrees ordered were sub par for a restaurant with such high reviews. Also the service was a little odd with one server a bit... More

Sip a cold craft beer, sample local cheddars and heirloom vegetables,or anything else from a diverse menu. One can really enjoy the 'slowness' of a summer evening here. Charming servers, beautiful food. A note to chefs, make certain bread is really fresh…

We went to the Kedron Valley Inn for dinner with family members. Instead of sitting on the porch, which we have done before, we chose to sit in the tavern room. We ordered PEI mussels and salad for dinner plus wine, since we had had a late lunch. We were very disappointed in the mussels......7 very small mussels. Great salad, Good wine,and... More

I am so happy to be writing this review about the Kedron because I am a "proud" local and the reservationist, hostess, server (SARAH A.) and meal was one of the best overall experiences we have had in one fell swoop in the area of Woodstock EVER. Super friendly when we called to see if there was room for a... More
