A much need for management change. Service was terrible & food was not good. Very slow receiving food. Just not chili standard.

No excuse for poor service! Restaurant more than half empty- seated and 16 minutes passed before server came by- "has anyone helped you" - with menus still on table, no drinks at table - yes, we love sitting pointlessly at a half empty place looking...More
Three friends and I ate at this Chili's celebrating a birthday. Three were satisfied with their meal (especially baby back ribs) and another did not like his. Robert, the waiter, was friendly and attentive. I asked a question: "why doesn't this restaurant serve rolls or...More
No doubt this Chilis has improved from the past. I recently enjoyed dinner and had good food with decent service. I was served timely and Food came out as ordered. It was nice to use self checkout on the table to pay and leave.

The food here was great and the service was nice. I enjoyed the dinner with my friends. The place was well-kept and pretty clean. Of course you know the prices are decent here. More specials would have been nice.
After attending a lecture at Emory we we're looking for a late night spot for dinner. We chose this chilis and was pleased with our choice. We started with chips and salsa followed by various entrees. The food was tasty and service was good
