Went last night and had such a lovely meal. The concept of cooking your own steak on the hot coal was fantastic. Our waitress was lovely. She explained everything to us and could not have been more helpful. Definitely give it a try you won’t...More

Always packed in the tourist season but easy to get a table in February. Simple menu and a reasonable wine list where you cook your own main course on a hot rock. The food was well presented and the quality was fine. Portion sizes are...More

Novel I think cooking your own dinner on a hot rock. Found the table a bit cluttered. Food was not bad, expensive I think for what you get. We asked for some scallops to be included in our meal, the waitress said it would be...More

Donna, I can remember when I last had so much fun eating supper :-) The steak was well hung and cooked easily. Sauces were an added excelence. Overall you made our evening.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday. Front part of the restaurant has some character but the back section is a bit dark and bland. Waitresses were very friendly and helpful and quick to serve us. Took a while for the food to arrive (although,...More

Ordered starters:garlic mushrooms & crab cakes. All good. Main course was served on cold plates and fish and chips with peas. As these meals were cool. On advising they were replaced by fresh cooked food hot and in hot plates. Good recovery.

Made a change from my usual steak to have mussels followed by crab linguine. Both were beautifully cooked and delicious. With two creamy main courses we doubted we could manage a desert but raspberry and prosecco cheesecake sounded to good to miss. This was heaven...More
