This is such a lovely cafe. We had tea and cake for two. The tea comes in lovely tea pot with china cups. The cakes were amazing. One was coffee and chocolate and the other was white chocolate. Both went down a treat. Highly recommend...More

We have lived in the area for over 5 years and this was our first visit......it will not be our last. We often walk with our dogs from Overstrand to Cromer and have in the past visited other establishments. Not now! We will return to...More

Cromer is charmingly old school and North Lodge epitomises the whole place. It is hard to describe the mix and match crockery, apron-clad staff (young and old) and misshapen but delicious homemade cakes without sounding too cheesey. So I won't. You need to go there....More

Living in South Norfolk we visit Cromer regularly, but have only just discovered this cafe, such a lovely find and we will be visiting again. It is run by volunteers who are very friendly, it’s not very big inside, but there are outside seats in...More

Called in here late one afternoon just as they were about to close. Super friendly staff went out of their way to serve me despite that. Excellent coffee and cake. All staffed by volunteers apparently, so well worth supporting if you are in the area....More

We don't go here regularly but it is such a lovely place for a cup of tea or hot chocolate and some cake. Last time we went, during the Cromer carnival period, there was a lady making pancakes on a skillet at the back of...More

Recommend by lady at tourist info, and it sure is a little gem, just by a little boating pond, the best cakes we’ve had in a while, and unbelievably low prices, run by volunteers, and cakes are made and donated by volunteers. 👍🏻

Tucked away, but worth searching out. Limited seating, but more this year than in previous years, so presumably is being addressed. Delicious range of cakes, including 3 gluten free ones, and even one that was also dairy free. Had the gluten and dairy free pistachio...More

Description
In superb surroundings, decorated, equipped and run by the community, your cafe is serving Crepes and Cakes (there’s a clue in the name) as well as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold drinks and ice creams. The coffee machine, with our on-demand grinder ensuring freshly ground beans for every cup, coffee shines in the kitchen, the windows shine in the sun, and the boating lake shines just outside the front door. There are tables inside, outside and with the benches around the park, including the rose garden, you will find the place to relax.
