Excellent food as always, but why do the female staff need a male minder? The somewhat misogynist appearance is off putting (this review is written by a male).

Birthday meal for 18yr old nephew - 12 of us across 4 generations. One of us was late arriving and so our party ordered food late. Despite this, starters arrived promptly and were very tasty. Mains followed - also delish. Pizza, pasta, burgers, all yummy....Attentive staff removed surplus glasses, bottles and cutlery and kept us topped up with drinks. Special birthday cake served, music, clapping and an unexpected but v. funny Turkish birthday hat brought out gif the birthday boy to wear. Photos taken and bill paid, everyone said how lovely the staff were, how tasty the food was and the birthday boys dad who stumped up for the whole meal - said it was good value. Decent tip added and smiles all round. Well done Pircio. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻More
For several years this was my favourite restaurant in Bishops Stortford however the last 2 visits have been a real disappointment. Food standards have dropped, not worth the money. Several plates on the last 2 visits served food which should have been hot, fish, lamb...and veg. Fish was not fresh. Another person mentioned that you could get a better burgers in McDonalds.More
The food was wonderful, the staff were wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful.....Went with my partner for a special night out and it couldn't have been better
Delicious food in a great atmosphere served by delightful people. Family friendly but quite fancy in its vibe. Totally recommend.
Went for my birthday there was 11 of us, meal great service good drinks reasonable. A good airy place with a good chose so suits all
Perhaps the best aspect of this restaurant, and there were many, was the gentleman who not only served our table but was courteous, friendly, attentive and made my visit so pleasant and relaxed. I did ask his name to mention him personally but I’ve forgotten....He was an absolute gent and when I return I shall find out and review again. This restaurant however is a fine place to eat. Outdoor seating and plenty of seating inside the elegant and spacious restaurant. The excellent extends to the toilets where everything is spotless and tastefully decorated. The menu here serves as a nod to its Italian predecessor as well it’s current Turkish influence. The menu boasts the best of each cuisine. A clever and sympathetic ploy to endear customers of the Italian restaurant into embracing the ever popular Turkish cuisine. Our party opted exclusively for the Turkish element and the food was sublime. Seafood, lamb, salads, breads and drinks all went down beautifully. Well worth a visit. Excellent. One of the best.More
Huge menu, amazing food & reasonably priced. The lamb with aubergine purée is one of the most delicious meals I've had in a very long time. Ate outdoors, which was lovely, and the service was faultless. Well done
Food excellent. Serving not as good - young person not doing things right, spilled cola while pouring from bottle and did not clean up. We used a napkin to dry and left it lying on the table. There it was until we asked for it...to be removed. Being such a beautiful restaurant I can’t understand why the ladies room looks sooooo tired and badly maintained? The small things also count. But still 4 stars for good food 👏More
Family meal celebrating my mums birthday. Amazing beautiful atmosphere! Food was 10/10. Highly reccomened, will definately be visiting again! Staff were amazing and done nice cake gesture for my mum.
Cannot fault the food or the service! The waiters all made such an effort with my and my toddler especially. The mixed shish and profiteroles were exceptional. We always go here and will continue. Thanks
We came here for a friends birthday, wow what an experience, Mike the waiter was really attentive and really looked after us, my friend couldn’t decide what drink she wanted and he was really patient and recommended a Spanish sangria, excellent food and excellent prices,...all the waiters was friendly and attentive but a special mention to mike, even taking several photos of us, amazing place definitely recommendMore
Visited Pircio for my 21st birthday meal with friends, my parents making a 40 mile round trip to drop off a balloon for a surprise, a balloon that was very sentimental with feathers as my grandparents had recently passed. However, really disappointed that when leaving...to go to the toilet the group of people next to us thought it would be a good idea to put a skewer into our balloon and try and throw it out of the window. Staff did nothing about this which is very upsetting. Have rang the restaurant but no manager there until Monday. Very disappointed.More
Went there for two reasons we spread my Dad ashes and it was my Birthday week. What a great meal. Starts main and desert had good portions and a great selection. Service was great. We had a big party 13 of us and we all...eat together. Overall greatMore
You can park for free at the Jackson Square car park 5 minutes walk away after 6:30. There is some outside seating in the courtyard of the restaurant and a smaller space upstairs but the main space is one large room which can be quite...noisy, the place on a Saturday night certainly had a buzz about it. There are literally 2 sides of the menu Greek or Italian and there was a good variety on both. We had the kebabs and found the portion sizes generous and the meat very tender, with the prices slightly above average? We thought their desserts were very expensive and decided not to pay £8 for a slice of bought in chocolate cake! The staff were "well drilled" and cleared/reset tables very quickly, they seem to be geared to a high turn round of customers. There was a good mix of people there from across the age profile so they must be doing something right.More
