Popped in for a few drinks with my wife over the weekend. Was not particularly busy given it was a Saturday night, but was pleasantly decorated. Bar staff were not to be faulted, as they were both young females who waited on us hand and foot and could not have done more. Overheard him bad mouthing customers that had previously... More

A very pleasant bar, if you are prepared for a few sports fans, shouting at the sports TV channel on the TV. Great service from super staff and the owner, Moss is very nice and charming. Pricey drinks and not a cheap evening out. This bar is for those with cash to spend.

This bar/restaurant is beautiful to look at. The decor is flamboyant and the furniture is so comfortable, you want to stay all night. The drinks are pricey but you get what you pay for. The food is fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the pub doubles up as a sports bar and the environment becomes very noisy and the language becomes very... More

I haven't eaten hear for years so can't comment on the food. I pop in once a month or so for a drink and it's a modern pleasant place with a good wine list and clean new surroundings. The staff are friendly and helpful. It closes at 10.30 in the week which can be a bit annoying. Also it changes... More

I visit regularly 5 times a week each night is the same Carling Carling Carling n sambuca for the loud wannabe rude bohys on the bar only there for the hours of happiness. I sometimes try to order food from their New menu, never actually managed more tha a bag of crisps, due to the lack of chef's. It's getting very... More

We went for a drink and a bite to eat. It was the first time my wife & I had visited Dicken's Heath. It's such a strange place! It's like a film set in the middle of a housing estate! The Chalice fitted into this quite happily! Nevertheless, we ordered pizza, chips & salad, all of which were excellent. Chunky... More
