Our family of 7 adults ate here on Easter Sunday. We were lucky enough to be seated with great views over the water. Service was very good and the staff were patient and attentive throughout. All the food without exception was well cooked and presented. Pate, Prawns & Fishcakes followed by Roast Beef, Burgers & Pulled Pork. We were very... More

We headed here after reserving a table a few days prior ( it's a busy wee place so booking is definitely recommended) for lunch. We got a fabulous table on the raised area overlooking the Clyde, so had a wonderful view. It's always a fantastic atmosphere in there as it's busy and the staff are so friendly and efficient. We... This is a nice cafe, always really busy, but the views over the Clyde are fantastic. We were fortunate to get a seat at the window, but booking is the only guarantee. Good portion sizes of food, and great cakes!

We often come here for lunch. Views are stunning, hot tip phone ahead and ask for table with views. Lunch specials good and varied. My husband loves the steak sandwich, super quality beef. Mine is the chicken jerk very tasty.

First time for food and were pleased with our breakfast but the surroundings are faded and jaded could be doing with a full revamp! Quite old fashioned inside and in need of an upgrade but wouldn't put me off returning as the food made up for it.

Delicious varied food, great staff, good atmosphere but best is the fantastic 180 degree view of the Firth of Clyde. Saw harbour porpoises today from our table., brilliant !

I live locally and have only had a drink so this was the first time i had tried the food. Quickly shown to our table as we had pre booked as it was a Friday night. The girl was extremely friendly and welcoming and took our drinks order. Main courses are generally around the £10 mark, starters £5-£7. with plenty... More

Busy place with excellent views. The staff very friendly and welcoming. My wife and I both had a coffee and cake. The cakes were fresh and not yesterday's offering, the coffee beans used for the latte and cappuccino were very pleasant. We enjoyed our afternoon treat. The meals which were being delivered to our surrounding tables all looked tempting and... More

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Great food, great service, great selection of beers and gins, and great views. This place was recommended to us and we were not disappointed, we loved it. Would definitely visit again when visiting Gourock.
