Popped in last week for my lunch and decided to go for the Cajun Chicken burger. On my previous visit I enjoyed the Fajitas so decided to go for Mexican again. Have to say I was blown away by the food. The traditional look is fantastic but deceiving as the variety of food is terrific. Also had the Beef Stroganoff... More

Please make sure your journey takes you towards this wonderful eaterie. Warm and cosy tea rooms within a lovely old red sandstone church. Either have a quick snack or if time permits enjoy a home cooked lunch. If you have room left please try the sticky toffee pudding with custard, not to be missed. Real custard served in the dish... Planning on visiting a museum in this area we were looking for somewhere to have lunch and checked out Tripadvisor. We then decided to visit the Craft Centre Tearoom, which is slightly off the main traffic route but with the help of our trusty sat nav we found it. The tearoom forms part of the craft centre and is small... More

Had an all day breakfast here and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The only minor negative detail was that there was quite a wait for the food but it was cooked fresh. Excellent choice of food and prices were very reasonable.

My niece had a pamper party here and the staff could not have been more helpful. The girls had a great time the food was first class fresh sandwiches and sausage rolls and beautiful hand made cakes. A lovely experience. The also showed us round their formal dining room which I think they said holds 24 so ideal for a... More

Discovered this wee place from tripadvisor. It's a great tearoom with a large menu. Have tried lots of different dishes and never been disappointed. Have taken family and friends here, who now bring their friends and family too. Referring to the 'average' review - Yes-it is a tearoom, not a Michelin restaurant-but it does not try to be! It provides... More

Visited here after googling for places to eat. Very friendly family run tearoom. Everything was freshly cooked and the homemade cakes are to die for. Owner is very friendly and cheery and makes you feel very welcome. A gem hidden away in Coatbridge.
