Coming back from Mt. Rushmore, we found this mom & pop place, so we decided to take a change. We loved it. Great food, friendly service. Highly recommend.

We came here for breakfast to avoid hotel continental breakfast. The food was good, but way expensive for what we got, over $50 for four of us, for breakfast food and coffee. We had some good supper meals elsewhere that cost less. The food was...More

They don't take cards and that's really the only downside to Peggy's. I had a hot ham and swiss and baked potato, both were excellent, and I would happily go back, if I had cash.

This is right near the Roosevelt Inn. Nice place for breakfast and lunch. The servers seemed like they were having a bad day. One young man is quite loud when talking with the customers. I know he is trying to be pleasant but he gets...More

The restaurant was really busy when we arrived - a good sign! The staff were very friendly and attentive, that coupled with a lovely meal made for a very pleasant evening.
