A salad, steak (petite cut), and potato for $17.00 was very good. AND they know how to do medium rare! The salad was attractive and tasty, the potato cooked just right, and the steak (though the knives aren't the best) was tender and juicy. I sat near the pellet stove and was warm and relaxed. They have a few beers... More

During our visit in late November, Barlees, was one of the only (if not the only) restaurant still open for the winter. All the others were closed. The service was great, our burgers were perfect, and it was located next door to one of the only (if not the only) hotels still open during the winter season.

Food was good..it was very expensive but I guess they could really charge whatever they want since they are the only restaurant open in the area. But it was good food if you are in the area for the winter.

We had a wonderful dinner with friends at BaRLee's! Very friendly and helpful staff. Overly generous portions. You have to try their homemade potato chips with your sandwich! Yummy!

This was the only place open this time of year. The food was poor. Service was slow and they were not very busy. Will not go back again.

Surprised that all other places were already closed for the season on October 28. Food was decent but overpriced. Our waiter was reasonably nice, but every other employee was unfriendly, if not surly. We'll drive back to Rapid City next time

We had a short wait to be seated, but we so appreciated having a restaurant open. We have been to Keystone in October before, but it seemed so buttoned up this year. They were short staffed, but the waitresses worked hard, were attentive, and stayed pleasant. Our meals were tasty--taco salad and steak. They adapted the salad to my wishes,... More

This restaurant was across the street from where we were staying so we decided to give it a try. Restaurant is nothing special, servers were friendly, but service wasn't that fast. I had the Barlee's cheeseburger which was actually quite good. All in all the food was good, service not so much

One of the few restaurants open during off season. Skeleton staff and business is unpredictable, but if your working be nice! Saltiest bartender I have ever seen, He tossed 4 people out of the bar loudly for what reason I couldn't tell you. Was rude as heck when you tried to order food and to get a beer was like... More

Had dinner here while staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door. Ate in the bar area on the ground floor, although the first floor restaurant appeared to be open judging by the sounds from above. Service was somewhat surly. Got the impression that our waiter/bartender felt he was destined for something higher than working here. He also told me... More
