I love this cafe. The staff are so friendly and the home cooked food is delicious. Breakfast and lunch are amazing value. You can even take your dog! Would highly recommend you visit when in Penarth.

We regularly visit the Blue Pelican Cafe for breakfast on a Saturday morning after having a browse in Hamptons downstairs. The cafe is relatively small and you might have to queue at the weekend as it is so popular .... But well worth the wait!...More
