The second teahouse from Waterloo Tea - set in the iconic art-deco building that is The Washington, on Stanwell Road, Penarth. Serving great teas, specialty coffee, breakfast, lunch, brunch and afternoon tea - we are continuing to help redefine cafe culture. Free wifi for freelancers and meetings. Very friendly to guests who may have dietary requirements.
