As soon as we sat at the bar, it smelled like a wet, dirty, musty, old smell. It was disgusting. The place is good sized, but the chairs are all spread out against the walls, which makes the set up non conducive to sitting and talking with a group. Our bartender looked past us several times before taking our order... More

Affordable pub food menu and features an upstairs open deck bar with view of the harbor fishing fleet.

A Saturday night in New Bedford to start our vacation. My wife and I went over to Rose Alley Ale House which was jammed and immediately left to find a place where we could sit down and have a beer. Slainte was exactly opposite of that. No one in the place at 9:00. The DJ began setting up as we... More

Went there on St Patty's only to find they had a Ltd menu for St Patty's day bangers and mash, fish & chips, shepards pie and a few other items. The place was full of people celebrating. What a good time.

We only stopped in for drinks because they have a nice selection of beers and the location is convenient . Very typical sports bar with high top tables and lots of TV's. Irish flags and other paraphernalia to confirm that it is no longer The CatWalk which it was before. Nice touch with live music and upstairs roof top. Stop... More

Very good beer selection. Nice menu in general and best curry fries we've had in a long while. Also very reasonably priced. Hoped to get back for the live music on the rooftop deck but unfortunately couldn't. Really nice bartender. Will go back if in New Bedford again. Very clean with cool decor - think Irish pub and baseball.
