We split a meal and it was plenty for the two of us. We had the stuffed Halibut. Very tasty. I am glad we found the place! They close early on Sunday so get there early.

What a busy little place but I can see why we actually sat at the bar because I was a wait. But we didn't mind we order some great oysters we love them had some drinks. I'm definitely coming back on Mondays where they have two for one all day . The service was good and I definitely recommend this... More

Went here with a colleague for some drinks and oysters while we were waiting for a seat at the sushi bar down the street. Walked in, sat at the bar and ordered some drinks and oysters. Everything was fresh and very good and the atmosphere was live and hopping. It was a fun place to hang out and the oysters... More

The Market Street Oyster bar is "the place" to go in SLC for an overall excellent experience: from attentive service to delicious seafood and a warm ambiance. The oysters are always fresh; the wine list is fairly expansive, even by the glass. All the seafood is of the highest quality (fish, dungeness crab, shrimp). This is one of the few... More

I love the setting and the food. The entrees are a bit pricey, but the Oysters are always great. The best Clam Chowder in Utah along with the bread!

AMAZING!! Great seafood, great service! The only negative is the special, .99 cent Blue Point Oysters, usually large and fabulous were very small and lacking BUT,the bread and wine were great, we will be back at the end of the week for more tasty food!!!

We ate here on our first night (a Sunday) in the city. We had no reservation but had no wait to get a table. The choice of food was staggering, although clearly the emphasis was on seafood and fish. We both had great tasing fish meals. Service was prompt and any questions were answered in a friendly and polite manner.

One of the best seafood places ever. Salt Lake City will never be a night time special but this restaurant is worth a detour. The Cedar Plank Salmon is to die for. The service is great and you feel really special. Use the valet parking and get there early.

We tried this place out, as part of the Dine O'round SLC promotion going on during September. Surprised to find no menu for it and had to ask the server about it. It floored me that when I asked about the wild salmon and the server went to check with the kitchen on whether it really was or not, he... More

I lucked out because in August the blue point oysters are 99 cents each - normally $2.59 each! Good service - not fine dining. lots of menu options.
