My family and I have visites this location multiple times since they open, and i have to say their food is on point! From their caldo de rez to their specialty chile rojo plate everything was delishes and well cooked. I also would recommend the michelada with a Carta Blanca or Sol beer! The location is a little challenging to find, but worth the hunt. First, the decor! As a lover of all things Mexico it was over the top, eye popping color. There was no saving $$s on the furniture. You can spend the entire time enjoying each scene on the chairs and tables. The food was fresh, flavorful and very authentic.... More

While visiting my daughter in early November she suggested we go to Delicias Cafe since it is one of her favorites and close to her home. I was very impressed with the food and atmosphere. The enchiladas were more an El Paso style being rolled and baked rather than the traditional New Mexico style being flat and then just covered... More

This ia a great restaurant, serving Mexican and Latin American fook, not New Mexican or Tex Mex. I have dined there a few times and love the place. One of my favorites if the mexican jalapeno steak plate. Not too hot and delicious. Mexican food is not hot, as compared to New Mexican.) The mole chicken is also very good.... More

I went here for lunch and ordered enchiladas with green chile sauce. Their green chile sauce is kind of creamy and cheesy. Not a favorite, but okay. Good service and a very popular place from the number of people their for lunch.

This the go to place for good food, great service, nice atmosphere. Only thing lacking is alcohol.I had the chicken taco plate. It was very filling, tasty, and hot. The place was really busy but I was served very promptly. I eat out a lot so I know good food and this is one of my favorite places to eat.... More

Went out to lunch with the office, and someone had gone here. The food was surprisingly good, easily one of the better Mexico Food places in town. The good experience was added to by great service and attention. Well done.

I am never disappointed. The food is plentiful, hot, and delicious. Service is great and prompt. The salsa is as close to homemade as I have found in any restaurant. Wish they had one on the westside. Its well worth the drive from Rio Rancho though.

Had lunch with wife and another couple at Delicias Cafe last week. The restaurant is located on the site of a previous restaurant named "Perennials". The decor is unchanged from the previous place with the exception of the addition of some pictures and garish, carved Mexican style chairs. Had the "delicias asada" which is just carne adovada by another name.... More

This is a favorite for some friends of mine, they like the caldos (soups). They brought us here on a moderately busy Sunday. After on overly long wait for service, they ordered their caldos but I chose to sample their shredded beef tacos. After another too long wait our meals arrived, the caldos were nice and hot but for me... More
